Tim was amazing to work with? The whole time he was on top of everything and made sure we were fully informed. Once the windows were in Tim came back to make sure things were good and he even touched up a couple things to make it even better. We cannot recommend Tim and YHIC enough for your windows. They made such a big difference on our energy and really cut down on noise from the road. Thank you Tim for everything!

Tim came to our home and designed a bathroom that is really going to be something we want forever. He was nice and even met me somewhere to change some things about it. We appreciated his time and effort towards our project, he really cares about what we want and making sure we get the dream bathroom weâ ve been waiting for. We canâ t wait to get it all done!

Unfortunately, a significant amount of moisture had already damaged the substrate and drywall. It is now April, and we still have not heard from the salesman or the company. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO YHI! They are the absolute worst in communication and customer service. YHI should be thankful they have Dan and Phil because they are the only honest people in the company. COME GET YOUR SUB-PAR products and refund what we paid, plus the outrageous heating bills due to your installation team's failure.

Tim came over and looked at what I had, we hung out and really got to know each other which really gave me a good feeling. Patrick came over to do all the work and remodeling and really worked well with my schedule and my dogs. After they were all done, Tim came by to make sure everything was good, and we keep in touch even after the work! Tim and the guys at YHIC are really awesome!!

Dave was very friendly and helpful. Worked in the cold was very informative and was very patient. Was awesome explained everything. Jumped up and down on the seat to prove it was strong. Tyler was great to work with.

Tim came out and checked out or project. He was able to design and give us what we needed to get the project scheduled. When Nick came to do the install he worked non-stop until it was done and only took one day. His caulk lines are perfect and his work looks amazing. We canâ t wait for them to come get the other bathroom done when we are ready later this year.

Turned out to be a Cinderella story. At first, we were thinking of cancelling due to the fact that the install had taken a little longer than anticipated, spotted one leak, and the communication was concerning with the installer momentarily but once we spoke with Johnny, we had Mathieu back over within minutes AND Johnny is getting the leak fixed too! I was blown away by the Sales Team. 10 out of 10. Thank you Johnny, Sean, and Ellis, you guys rock!

Iâ m very handy and can do most things myself, but one thing I didnâ t want to do was a shower and all the crazy work involved. Tim showed up to give us a hand with that and made the whole process easy, now I donâ t have to worry about that at all. He even showed up another day to help me remove a vanity from the bathroom so I could paint and prep for more! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for top quality and amazing work.

Tim and Nick were absolutely wonderful. I have waited to remove my jacuzzi tub for years, and now I have a safe and beautiful shower. Tim came to our home and helped us through the process of choosing the right shower and the safety features we needed for our shower. The bathtub we had was not cutting it anymore with us having to step over the tub. He was very helpful and we were very happy with that experience. Dave can to do the shower along with Ed for the plumbing and they had all the inspections done for the city. They answered all of our questions during the work. They even gathered the permits for the job without us having to do anything! They did a fantastic job installing and even brought our plumbing up to code since it needed updates. All that work only took one day! We would recommend them to anyone and we trust that they will help others in the future! Tim came to check on it afterwards and even installed a better shower rod he brought for us. Reach out to Tim and they will handle your project professionally and efficiently. My bathroom was in bad shape and YHIC was the only company that would come to my location and take on the project! I was very impressed with the entire process, and Nate the rep even came by after to check on how things were going. Highly recommend!

Poor customer service and warranty follow up. Poor communication Sub par workmanship Lots of talk little follow through.

Tim and Matt did the most amazing work. He was very personable, thorough and knowledgeable about what he was doing and made sure to walk me through the whole process.
