Renewal by Andersen of Rapid City

This was our third project by Renewal by Anderson, and all three have turned out to our great satisfaction. This organization is professional from bid through completion. And communication is one of their best qualities. They continually keep you informed and updated—oftentimes a rarity in remodeling. We have had two sliding doors replaced as well as a set of three picture windows and they were all done perfectly. This outfit is one of the good ones.

We can't say or express how much we love our new windows! The old windows that were replaced were from the 50's and we had drafts every where. The installers were very courteous, and careful in regards to dust control, heck i think most rooms if not all were cleaner after they finished than when they started! At first it seemed like a huge investment to commit to have RBA to replace our windows, but in the long run we will save big on energy costs and the value and comfort of our home has increased!! Love RBA and highly recommend!!

We had a great experience with Renewal by Anderson from start to finish! They were professional and cleaned up well after themselves after installation. We love our new sliding glass door and window. We can tell the temperature difference in our house and the product is great!

From my salesman Ray to the installers Brandon and Jesse and even Annette the scheduler, everything was made easy and professionally. Ray got my appointment in quickly and spent hours going over all my options and even after driving back to Rapid he called me to go over the paperwork and contract even after hours so I didn't miss out on a deal. Even though there was a 4 month delay between ordering and install (winter, backordered, etc) Annette always made sure to keep me updated on the time frame of the install. Brandon and Jesse did a quick and amazing job in the install. They were professional and great to talk to. For my next round of windows I look forward o working with Ray, Brandon, and Jesse again.

The whole crew at Renewal by Andersen made the entire process simple and convenient. The installers did a great job keeping our carpet protected, working quickly and efficiently, and cleaned everything up like they were never there. They even went so far as to fix our wobbly tp holder! The RBA team is awesome and we highly recommend their professional and courteous services!

The installers treated my home with respect, they were very polite and cleaned up after themselves.

They completed their work and cleaned up so fast! These windows are beautiful and open/close easily. The new screens are great and you can hardly see them

We had all our windows replaced. The entire process was so smooth and easy. Installers were very courteous and respectful of our home. We live next to a busy hwy. The new windows cut down the noise considerably.

Work went well, crew was very professional. I keep thermostat for air conditioning set at 73 because I am very heat sensitive. Had a recent day of 100 and at 4PM thermostat said 74, normally would be 77 in these conditions. Currently do not have blinds or drapes because waiting on new ones. Quite pleased at the temperature. Will be getting the rest of the windows late spring next year. Very satisfied with only part of the house being done so far.

The house is quiet and has kept cool. We are very happy with the bigger better windows.

Excellent! We had to wait for a time for our project to be done, but that reflects the demand for their work/product. When they started, they were quick and did quality work. The quality of the new windows are superior to what we had before. We have enhanced the value of our home. We are very happy that we did this remodel.

It went great, the installation team contacted us prior to installation to confirm date. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job. Two things that really stood out were their cleanliness and attention to detail. I would highly recommend them.

We were told the door would be delayed several months because of Covid slow-downs. It came much sooner than we expected! The telephone staff kept us informed frequently of where we were in the process and the sales and installation team were fantastic! Thank you RBA. We will definitely use you again!

The workers not only showed up on time but the cleaned up after themselves! They were polite and took extra care to ensure they were respectful of our home. The window looks fantastic and works great!

We had the east side of our house windows done this year. 4 windows total. 3 bedrooms and the kitchen window, which is now a awning window with a fine screen on the inside. We are very pleased with the new windows and the installation that was done by Mickey and his crew. They did a get job and cleaned up excellent after they were done. We did the west side of our house 2 years ago with a bedroom window and a patio sliding door. Of note last summer we had 2 hail storms with one storm with baseball size hail. The patio door and the bedroom window stood up to the hail and did not break. The trim around the widow and door got pretty beat up and we only had to replace the trim. Very pleased with the Andersen windows and the door. Keith
