Scott, Julie and Ray did an outstanding job cleaning the air ducts and vents at my Daniel Island home. They were prompt, professional, efficient, friendly and trustworthy. I want you to know how very pleased we are with the tile, grout and seal project that Scott and Julie accomplished for us today. It was a pleasant experience from the moment I first spoke with Scott on the phone. He came out so quickly to give us an estimate on the three rooms that needed professional attention. After meeting Scott in person and getting what we considered to be a reasonable cost for our two bathrooms and a laundry room we had no reason to get an estimate from anyone else. A competitor might have been in the same price range but I knew there wouldnâ t be another service out there with such great people. Scott and Julie arrived promptly as scheduled and after pleasantries began working immediately. Our tile and grout, even at only 3 years old, had become dingy and I couldnâ t get rid of the stains no matter what product I tried. It was time to call in the professionals and Iâ m so happy we did. Scott cleaned the tiles and his wife Julie applied the fresh grout and sealer. The tile and grout look as good, and maybe even better, then it did when we moved in. Not only are Scott and Julie pros, they take the extra steps to make certain the client is completely satisfied with the result. I had Scott and his wife come out to clear out and clean my air conditioning ducts .. at first impression they were professional and friendly and very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease immediately.. We requested a quote on Sunday, and they immediately returned our call. Scott dropped by a couple of hours later, and we agreed on the quote. He was able to schedule us for the next day! So this morning they arrived, and 5 hours later our 450 square feet of tile was clean, and the grout looks beautiful! We highly recommend Solutions Cleaning, LLC. You will not be disappointed!

Very thorough and walked me through the process explaining the need, the recommended ongoing maintenance schedule and the progress made when work was complete.
