Very professional and friendly. They know their business. However, if you pick out your grout color, and they say a different color might go better, go with THEIR suggestion. Mine choice came out a little brighter than a thought it would. My fault. I didn't go with their advice but the floors look fantastic!

They came on the same day and completed the job without any difficulties. My only concern is one of them used a bathroom without asking first. It was a guest's bathroom and I would have directed them to a different bathroom.

I tried multiple times to get a company to come and take a look at our duct work. I found that to be a challenge. The owner of this company made the time the same morning after reaching out on Home Advisor. He performed a free assessment of our flex ducts with a camera. After the quick assessment he came back the next Saturday morning on time and did a more thorough inspection by getting in the crawl space to check out the main trunk and other areas. He was very honest and explained that our system looked fine. He recommended pushing an odor/mold kill solution through the ducts, and it worked great. It’s great to find a locally owned and operated business where the owner truly cares about customer satisfaction. I would hire this company any day of the week and plan on using their again in the near future. Thanks for the honest and great work! Brandon
