Never using a locksmith before I was skeptical. Seth was so professional, efficient and really personable. His fee was very fair and he took the time to check the reliability of all our electronic locks. Bottom line, I could not be happier.

Where to begin? Seth is fantastic! My mother lives in Bluffton and had another repair person out and completely removed a door handle from a door. She called me, 800 miles away, after the fact. I made an after hours call to Seth, we set up an appointment for the next morning and he kept in touch every step along the way. He solved the problem, checked for an additional problem on another door, and his bill count not be beat. My 78 year old mother spent 10 minutes talking about what a great job he did and how friend he was. She said she keep walking by the doors and opening them because they are working better than they have for the past 5 years. Trustworthy, friendly and professional. I feel fortunate I made the right call to Seth and Ibex.

Seth was super helpful and knowledgeable about the inner workings of my 130 year old front doors. He came up with a solution to make my hardware fit in not so ideal situation, as the door needs to be rehung and doesnâ t match up quite correctly. He also installed a Yale smart lock for me.
