Seth was great! We had just purchased a house and needed to have all of our locks rekeyed. Seth went above and beyond making sure that everything worked better than before.

The owner communicates very well and is a pleasant and friendly person to deal with. I thought his services were reasonable and professional. Will definitely use him again in the future.

Seth did excellent and quick work. I ended up needing additional rekeying and had to run out to get a different lock, and Seth was very understanding and flexible. He even offered to run out to get the new lock for me. Being a new home owner, I had a lot of questions. Seth shared a lot of information about locks and security in general. I found him very knowledgeable. I found IBEX's pricing on service calls and individual tasks to be slightly less or equal to other local locksmiths.

I never write reviews, but felt such gratitude for the work that Seth has done for me, I wanted to pass it along. I have several apartments in Savannah. He has come to me when I am in a time sensitive situation, where he has dropped everything to make sure that my property and tenants were taken care of.
