Full Service Home Inspections

I was in need of a home inspector and had looked up such in the area of Summerville.  Very high on the list of returns was Jeff Bennett Owner/Inspector Full Service Home Inspections of Summerville.  I had reviewed his website and a sample inspection report, which I found very easy to navigate and understand even with a limited knowledge of the details of such an inspection.   His prices were extremely fair and affordable. I also read the testimonials on his website as well as google reviews and they were all very positive.  I felt confident enough to call the office for an appointment.  I was very happy with the person who answered, they were very helpful and gave me all of the information I needed.  I scheduled an appointment and received an email reminder shortly thereafter.  When I met Jeff to conduct the inspection he was very friendly and got straight to work.  He was very thorough and very knowledgeable.  As he conducted his inspection he pointed out any issues and explained in detail what he thought the fix may be or just to monitor.  At the completion of his inspection he discussed in detail his findings and was very patient in answering any questions or concerns.  He was able to provide referrals for us, which was helpful being new to the area.  My husband and I were extremely happy with our choice.  I received my report in less than 24 hours.  I also feel confident that if I had any questions Jeff would not hesitate in responding to them. I highly recommend Jeff and if I have the opportunity to do so I will definitely recommend him to any one looking for an inspector. 

Jeff was on time, fully explained his purpose, very professional but friendly. As he progressed from inside the house to outside, on the roof, and crawl space, he was ready to answer our questions, wirh clear explanations. He pointed out items that required immediate action, and those that would reduce chances of negotiation with potential buyers when corrected. I would definitely use this company and in particular Jeff again.

We needed a home inspection done quickly and Jeff made time out of his weekend to fit us in. The coordination between him and our realtor was excellent. I met him at the house to put my own eyes on any possible issues that may pop up. Jeff literally walked me through the entire house pointing out each little detail that caught his eye. I could not have asked for a better experience. In the end I got a very detailed report with pictures included that just solidified what I had seen at the house myself.
