Very focused and professional. Trimmed a large old oak tree effectively.

We hired them to cut down a very large pine tree. Their pricing was reasonable, and they came out on time and cut the tree down. They were going to leave the tree cut in manageable movable logs, but they did not. We called the owner several times to come and promised each time they would come to cut the huge pieces down, and they never showed up.

The service was amazing, literally came out within 1hour for an estimate. They put me on the schedule for 4 days later. It only took them 36mins to take down a 30â diameter oak and a dead pine limb about 30ft in the air. Excellent company! Hire them.

They are a very courteous, professional, and respectful crew. Having a Christian home with a three-year old and never hearing any one of the crewmembers use a foul word, is something that is valued, and unfortunately, rare. They took time to answer any questions and were very approachable. I also appreciate how neat and timily this company is. I would not only hire them again but would highly recommend them to anybody else needing this service. The value of the service is cannot be beat. The price compared to other's really could not be matched.

I would highly recommend Carolina Tree Trimmers who took down 2 tall pine trees for me. The crew certainly knew their business, and were a pleasure to communicate with. It seemed like they never stopped. moving., nor wasted any time., and filled the dumpster in what seemed like amazing speed . The crew was respectful and The climber was talented, and meticulous, making sure that that the cut limbs were lowered safely, and It was a pleasure to see someone so good at his job. The price was very fair, and the clean up was more than satisfactory! Kenny arranged for a stump grinder, to come the next day, and whose work was also excellent.. I will surely use them again! Great experience.

Kenny and his crew are amazing!! We had a huge oak tree surrounded by valuable Japanese trees, and the crew was so caring and efficient during the removal of the oak tree. We treasured the cleanup from the removal and stump grinding because we didnâ t have to do anything. We had a little trouble connecting at first due to scheduling issues, etc., but once we did, I had a great experience. Kenny has a great crew, honest and efficient. I have a large hedge that is no picnic to trim, but they did an excellent job! Definitely recommend and will hire again.

Ken was quick to respond with a quote and scheduling a time to do the job. His crew - Shane, Jay, Jacob and Tyler - met all my expectations... and more. They were well prepared and efficient- working like a well oiled machine. They cleaned up afterward and even brought my trash can in from the street! We have a large yard and needed to have a number of trees and bushes trimmed. We also wanted to have a clean edge put around the lawn. We wanted to have the flower beds cleaned out and red mulch spread in them. We asked to have some rock/gravel put in the area where the swimming pool pump is located and in the area adjacent to the gate to the back yard. It started well. The crew worked in the yard for a two full days and did a pretty good job; but they did not finish the job. Kenny, the owner, said he had some scheduling problems and would be back to finish the job on May 6th. When the 6th came, he said he could not come that day because he had some jobs that took longer than expected and would be there Friday. Friday came and he once again said he would not have time to come do the work that day. He asked if he could stop by and go over what still needed to be done. We had a productive meeting with him and signed an updated proposal. We were not completely happy with the work that had been done earlier. A lot of the bushes had not been trimmed, two palm trees were not trimmed, no work was done on the left side of the house. However, there was some debris left behind that we had to clean up ourselves. The work was then guaranteed (again) to be completed on May 20th. When the 20th came, Kenny said the weather was too bad to do the work, so he would come on the 26th. When the 26th came, he said once again that the weather was not good enough to do the work. On June 2nd, Kenny said he thought it would be best just to give us a refund. That was OK with us, but he only wanted to refund $1,025 when we had (foolishly) already paid $8,575 for the work. The $1,025 amounted to the $425 I had given him as a deposit to purchase some mulch and rock as well as a $600 refund for the work that had not been done to **our standards**. (Apparently, our standards are higher than his.) So that means he intended to keep $7,550 of our money. He did have to purchase some extra pallets of mulch, three as I recall, that cost $955.50 total. The net total would then be $6,594.50. The original quote was $6,350.00. So Kenny wants to charge more than the original quote for the unfinished work. Since Kenny said the job would take a total of three days, I proposed a refund of $3,365, which was two-thirds (they worked two days) of the total amount paid less the cost of the additional mulch. Kenny rejected that proposal. At this point, he has not refunded any money and has stopped communicating with me. I think we are actually due a much larger refund considering all the postponements and other trouble we have had to go through. I have everything documented and am happy to share that with anyone interested. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a service provider.
