Pool Construction and Installation
Did not go well at all. ALAGLAS kept canceling appointment day after appointment day! ALAGLAS almost never returned a phone call. Almost every call made to them we were put on hold for extended periods of time. It took several calls, multiple days to get an answer to a problem such as: why the delay?, when is the reschedule date?, when is this going to be fixed?, etc!! Our pool, 2 years old now, still isn't done right and is a safety concern!!
