"Hello [Member Name Removed]. I did err with the scheduling of your appointment and the other proposed tenant. There is absolutely no excuse for my mistake. When you and I initially scheduled the appointment you did prefer a time after work, for which I wished to avoid the rush hour traffic. I realize that taking the time from work to make your appointment is highly disappointing and frustrating when the other party isn't there. When you called me I did apologize. I also was attempting to make it up to you by rescheduling after work as you first requested. However, I didn't have the opportunity to speak due to the barrage of anger and insults from all your frustration over this. And then you abruptly hung up the phone without giving me the chance to make it right. You stated that you do not understand how I landed this job. I have worked very hard at growing my company as a female business owner. Sometimes working three times as hard as others. I sincerely hope that you do find a rental that you are happy with."
I have been renting from Applewood Estates for a little over a year now and just renewed my contract for another year. They are a great company and the lines of communication are always open. If you are looking for a place to rent I highly recommend these guys.

It is fairly priced; and Kathy is very honest, and creates a friendly atmosphere by her attentiveness to my needs.
As stated earlier, I wouldn't have anyone else manage my properties. I trust her completely.--and that's a BIG statement since I tend toward needing to be in control.
I worry about nothing, since I know she stays on top of things and communicates when necessary.
She makes the deposits, and does not schedule repairs (expenses) without conferring with me first. I pay the repair bills electronically so I'm always in control of the checkbook.
It's a very good working relationship.
I appreciate the work she does, and value her expertise.
