 + -1 moreI left work to meet her at a time that was convienient for HER. She was concerned about traffic later in the afternoon. I arrived at the property, and there was another person waiting to view at the same time. The other perspective tenant called her and Kathy said she could not make it until 2:30 and if she could tell me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: Scheduled appt. for 1 pm to view a property with Kathy Wright.

I live out of state, so having a trustworthy and responsive property management company makes all the difference. I highly recommend Kathy, and Applewood Estates for all of your property management needs.
Description of Work: Manages all of the property management needs for mobile home Park. Including but not limited to, rent collection, making bank deposits, mail collection, tenant applications and management, managing/coordinating repairs and upkeep, and other tasks as they arise.

 + -1 moreWe recently had some heating issues in our rental house, Kathy was able to get a heating service in immediately to make the repairs. This was especially important as this occurred in the middle of a very cold winter and it was a family with young kids. The repairs were done quickly and without any problem. We really appreciate this kind of service as we live in a different state and need a professional & responsive property manager. We have been working with Kathy for years and she has always provided us as well as our tenants with excellent service!
Description of Work: Kathy has been an excellent property manager for us. She does a great job at screening to insure we have great tenants and if there is any kind of issue she contacts us immediately. She has kept our house rented with very little problem.

 + -1 moreKathy has been managing my rental property in Greenville SC for 7 months. I am amazed at what an excellent job she has done. She does monthly inspections (not quarterly or annually like other managers) and often sends me a text letting me know if there were any issues. Her screening process for selecting a renter is very thorough. She even called me in the Fall to see if I wanted her to schedule a gutter cleaning crew. She takes initiative and is extremely dependable and helpful....just a joy to work with. And, of course, I found her company on Angie's list!

 + -1 moreApplewood Estates is a highly professional property management company. It is fairly priced; and Kathy is very honest, and creates a friendly atmosphere by her attentiveness to my needs. As stated earlier, I wouldn't have anyone else manage my properties. I trust her completely.--and that's a BIG statement since I tend toward needing to be in control. I worry about nothing, since I know she stays on top of things and communicates when necessary. She makes the deposits, and does not schedule repairs (expenses) without conferring with me first. I pay the repair bills electronically so I'm always in control of the checkbook. It's a very good working relationship. I appreciate the work she does, and value her expertise.
Description of Work: Applewood Estates has been managing my rental properties for 2 years. Kathy is honest, efficient, conscientious and prompt. She collects and deposits rents; keeps the records of income for my accountant; informs me when repairs are needed and schedules repairs. I travel a lot, and she collects my mail, sorts out the junk, and scans and emails important, relevant mail. She handles "emergencies" at the most inconvenient times. I have to admit, that I'm a control freak, and putting Kathy in charge of the property management and mail, surprised me at how comfortable am I with her in charge! I wouldn't have anyone else handle these things for me! She is a good listener and follows instructions to perfection. She is a good communicator so I always know what's going on, but she doesn't bother me with petty things. I highly recommend her and Applewood Estates!
