Description of Work: I called on a Sunday & asked for a Monday return call. Someone from Campbell plumbing, Kenny, called & said they were doing D&B's work. I explained what I wanted & was told he'd call back once his schedule was setup for the week. I needed someone by Friday, so was not in a rush. No one called back. Guess they don't need any work. I had used D&B in the past with great results. But not this time.

+ -1 moreI purchased an Angie's List "Big Deal" which was $200 of plumbing services for $99 (not including parts if necessary.) They got me scheduled right away, and the plumber arrived in the window he said he would and called 30 minutes prior to let me know he was on his way. Very professional and courteous. At the end of my appointment I asked him to look at my water heater as my neighbor's had broken the week before flooded all over her first floor. He said it looked ok but that a water heater had a 10 year life, and mine had been there 11 years so he suggested I get it replaced at some point soon. I asked him for a quote, and he called me the next business morning with a very reasonable quote for the heater and installation. He is coming back Friday, and I am happy he is because my neighbor on the other side had to replace his water heater as well over the weekend.
Description of Work: Rebuilt 2 running toilets, cleared drains of 3 sinks and 1 shower, rebuilt leaking/stuck tub faucet handles.

+ -1 moregot an immediate response to a phone call and an appointment with him the next day. Said inappropriate equipment was used and the toilet needs the brand that the company who makes it uses. It took only about a half hour and he was done. Neat and clean. it is now 6months later and there have been no more problems.
