We had an outbuilding treated, which is my shop, my lumber shack and work shed. They went out of their way. They checked with the plants and extension services because my building was not built with the standard building criteria, it's kind of a unique situation. They actually, told me they wouldn't be able to give e a bid or let me know what they could do for a day or two because they needed to consult with the expert entomologist that helps them. They based their treatment on his recommendations. It was really exceptional. I hesitated to use them for their name if nothing else. There's one more thing; they were very honest, because when they got with me, they told me that because my outbuilding was so unusually built, its foundation was so unusual, that they would not be able to guarantee their work if I were to tell them to go ahead. They did that up front, deadly honest. I didn't worry about it too much, I said do it. They were very upfront about it and very clear on why and I thought that was outstanding.

I can't give these guys a higher grade than A+?   They were prompt, professional, easy to talk to, informative and did the job for the exact amount quoted.  
They came out in the afternoon two weeks ago, treated the termites we'd found under our porch, inspected the crawlspace and informed us of a couple of areas under the house that could be a problem in the future for dampness or mold.  Also told us how to take care of those issues on our own.   
They came back today, treated the rest of the house for termite prevention.  
Both times, they called before arrival, arrived promptly on time and got right to work.  They explained what they were doing and how they were going to do it.   Great customer service! 
Bonus:  I haven't seen an ant since their first visit either.

They were very polite. They always called before the appointment. We never had any problems.

I have ants and they sprayed outside the house and then they came in and sprayed around the walls inside the house.

I like that they are detail oriented and they are willing to design a plan around what I need instead of a set protocol on what they have.

The termite inspector was very professional and meticulous through his inspection.
The exterminator was very thorough during his inspection and treatment. As I mentioned I will need another treatment soon because of the type of insect present. I have definitely seen a reduction since he has treated and look forward to not seeing the little bugs anymore.

They have been in business for many years. I had used them before. They must be doing something right to be around for so long. They were friendly. They came when they said they would. The price was reasonable, I suppose. We have only seen dead bugs, so I supposed the quality of their service has been good.

They are good people with reasonable prices. I never worry about them coming in and out of the house when they need to. They have always stood behind their warranty and we have been happy with them.

They guaranteed that there won’t be any fire ant for a year. I would recommend them because they were prompt and courteous. They gave me a discount on normal extermination because I bought this package. I haven’t seen any fire ants since they came. They were a little pricey.
