Description of Work: Technician arrived on time, assessed situation, provided a thorough written description of what he would do and the cost. Work was done professionally and he cleaned up after himself. I suspect that I didn't get much of a savings by buying this through Angie's List. The cost seemed high given the so-called "free" service call. Overall, worth the price -- probably standard same as if I would have called directly.

Description of Work: While two employees of Consolidated Locksmiths did perform the rekeying of 15 locks, the owner, Ryan, did not honor the quote given to us by Harry (Absolute Security) who referred us to Consolidated after he was involved in an accident and was unable to keep our scheduled appointment. Again, the rate quote for rekeying in the Rock Hill, SC was not honored. Further notations from this now much wiser shopper; rates charged for services in the Charlotte area will be doubled and there is no guarantee that the employees performing the servies are certified master locksmiths.
