Just when you call and talk to her you give her all your likes and dislikes and she will find your dream home in no time! She found a law group to do the closing and they were fantastic! Description of Work: If you want to buy a home in Myrtle Beach this is the only person I would go through and refer anyone too. The Realtor is Laureen Lynch-Cleveland. It took her showing us 2 houses and we found our "forever" home. I am a retire military person and I have moved too many times to count. Laureen will get the job done for you and not waste any valuable time looking at homes that do not have any desire for. A lot of realtors will take you to places so they would know they will get a big commission even thou the realtor knew you can not afford it and waste your time. I would recommend Laureen to anyone who wants to buy a house in the Myrtle Beach area she gets the job done right from the beginning.
