They provided an estimate by phone and were very helpful and friendly.  They stated they could complete the work in one day, which they did, but we didn't think we'd get there before they closed so we let them know we'd pick up our vehicle the next day. They called when they completed the work, explained how it went, the condition of other items and how long before anything else would need repair, and were again very helpful and pleasant.  It turned out we were able to make it just a few moments before they closed the same day to pick up the car, but they had already put the car away in their locked/fenced area and filed the key and paperwork since we told them that's when we'd be there.  That made me very happy as well - they are organized, take good care of everyone's vehicles, and even though I caught them off guard by showing up unexpectedly just a moment before their closing time, they rolled right along with it and were so friendly.  They went over the invoice again, explained the work done, and pointed out some notes on the invoice.  We just couldn't be more pleased.  Oh!  Most important part!  The work done made the car drive so much better!  Thank you!

My son's car broke down the day after he moved to Conway to go to Coastal Carolina. Archer's Automotive towed my son's car (half price for college students) to their shop and had it repaired within two days. Very professional and reasonable. We will use them for any car maintenance and repairs my son will need. I was very satisfied.

They are excellent. My husband has had a lot of things done on the car. They are honest, reasonable, and dependable. They are very accommodating. The staff are excellent and nice. They are good. They are high but, worth it. I don't have to go back again.

I told them I was worried it was my transmission...thankfully they are honest and the problem was completley different. They were very pleasant and respectful. They even were able to find my part local so the work was done that day. Now my car is running like new!

It was my first time to use them and I thought it was very good. I thought that it was convenient for me. They seem professional. The work was done and I had no issues with any of the work. Their price is a little high but I would still go back.

I don't know anyone who enjoys finding a new mechanic. With all of the pitfalls, especially if you don't really have any reliable references, and though I dreaded it, my back was to the wall. Then I remembered that I have an Angie's List membership. So, I quickly  found this provider, who had earned high marks to date. So, with the help of my Angie's List subscription, I thought now is as good a time as any to give it a try.
Long story not as long, Archer's Action Auto turned out to be all that they claimed to be. They were professional, courteous and REALLY got the job done quickly and on time as promised. My radiator was shot. I called to see if I could come in for an estimate. They said to come right in. After immediately having the car towed there, it was literally just a few hours and I had the estimate.  They gave me a clear, concise and accurate estimate, which I accepted and then authorized the work. They apparently had the part because the job was completed within a 24 hour turnaround. I thought that was amazing. They have my future business and I'm recommending them to my parents.

we have used Archers since I moved back here in early 2003, my wife Patti even longer. My having been in the automotive field since 1964 until I retired in 2000, I've found  Archers to be in the top 5 of honest and fair.

I was very lucky to find Archer's they have been taking care of my vehicles now for at least 3 years, on this particular day I went in for an oil change, work was done with great care as always, the cost of this oil change my seem high to some people but let me point out that my vehicle takes app 8 quarts of Mobil 1 fully syntheic oil, Archers prices are more than fair, they do the work right the first time, I also purchase all my tires from there, I can honestly say that Archers knows what they are doing as I know something about vehicles as my father was a mechanic, so I have knowledge of the aotomotive repair world, also I have been in the auto parts business.

timely,efficient.  We had stopped into Archers in the early afternoon on the way home to schedule an appt. for an oil change.  To our surprise they were able to do it on the spot.  So we decided to go ahead an get it done. I had checked earlier in the week on angies list for an auto center that was both convenient, efficient and fair.    They were all of the above.  Will definitely go there for other service.  Thanks again Angie List!

The work was done in a prompt and courteous manner. Both Mr. Archer and his staff were excellent. Their mechanics were beyond good.  They were able to fabricate a hydraulic line for me using tubular stainless.  That's better than what the truck came with. Extremely pleased - will definitely go back in the future.

My son had an accident and had the car taken to the local dealership. After getting the repair quote I checked Angie List and found Archers. I contacted them and they quickly provided a quote and sent a tow truck to pick up the vehicle and repaired the vehicle. They were very professional, great communication and excellent customer service. Great experience and saved almost $700 over the dealer price using the same replacement parts the dealer was going to use. In addition they reused parts the dealer planned to replace, but were not broken. Highly recommend.
