Description of Work: Met J.R. at Home Depot when buying a sink. He happened to be there so I asked him if he knew of anyone to install the sink. "Me!" he said. Came 2 days later after a confirming phone call (as promised) and did the job, with his wife as his helper. Great guy, knows what he's doing and very nice, friendly, neighborly. Someone who you'd invite into your home. Excellent job all around. He's calling me tomorrow with a quote on another job.

+ 0 moreExceptional ! Once he opened the box and put it together he found that the drawer fronts came off when he pulled the draws open so he reinforced them. Then he painted and it looks like it came off the show room floor. It looks so professionally done and I am very happy both with my vanity and the work Jim did. I will hire Jim again without a doubt to install new storm/screen doors as well as power washing my house as soon as my Master Bathroom is done.
Description of Work: I bought a 48inch Bathroom Vanity that was cream color but I needed a white Vanity. I could not find this same one so I had Jim paint it white.

Description of Work: We purchased a new refrigerator that required an ice maker hookup. Jim went out of his way to come that evening to connect. We removed a medicine cabinet in the bathroom. It involved three trips to repair with new drywall, mud, sanding, and painting. Once completed, we purchased decorative wall plaques that Jim had made and his wife Dee had painted. They delivered and hung on the wall.

The new doors open and close with ease and feel very study. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work he provided . He was extremely respectful and polite the entire time he was at my house. + 0 moreWe called Mr. Grimm at Southern Shores Handyman and he was courteous and professional. He set up an appointment to assess the work and give us a cost. He later repaired the drawers all in one day. His work was neat and he is meticulous.
Description of Work: Over the years the drawers on the front of our kitchen cabinets became loose and finally broke off. We repaired them with glue and nails but they didn't stay and even began to splinter. We wanted them permanently repaired.
