Our icemaker stopped working a few of years ago on our then 16-year-old Maytag refrigerator. We decided to live without the icemaker thinking the refrigerator would probably reach its end of life soon thereafter, and we would be needing to buy a new refrigerator. Boy, were we wrong! The fridge is almost 19 years old now, and everything EXCEPT the icemaker is still running great. So, we called Salty Air Applicance. The technician (Doug) came out right away, installed a new icemaker, and we now have ice again. And the price was way less than we thought it would be. We should have called Doug 3 years ago! We will never make that mistake again. Doug was delightful to meet, professional, knowledgeable, and had the new icemaker installed within 30 minutes. We were extremely with Salty Air Appliance Repair, and highly recommend this company to anyone in need of appliance repair.

As you can see by my previous reviews, I always call Repair99 when I need someone to look at my appliances as they provide quality work, are quick to respond, always professional, and will give you an honest evaluation of the situation. My 13 year old dryer was making noises off-and-on and called I Repair99 to come and take a look to see if it was something easy to repair. The maintenance tech took a thorough look at the dryer and let me know it would require parts that would cost approximately $395 and he recommended that I purchase a new dryer due to the age and unknowns once the new parts were installed. He told me I should be able to wait until the big sales during the upcoming holiday sales. That is why I call them as I can trust they will provide an honest opinion!

With the help of Mark and the Repair99 Techs and photos of the broken dryer parts, the correct replacement parts were ordered for the repair. Then Tech Marcus did his magic and within 30 minutes had the dryer back up and running like new again! Will use Repair99 again for sure!

When I scheduled the repair, I described what the dryer was doing (not tumbling). The repairman arrived the next day with the right part and repaired it quickly. Cleaned up after his work. I'd hire them again, in a heartbeat.

Great service and response. Sent email to the company the night before service was provided explaining the issue and they responded via email the same evening with a probable diagnostic and fix action. Called them the next morning and they were able to come to the house and repair the oven the same day. Technician also took the time to explain what was happening with another issue we were having with a top burner and provided an estimate if we wanted to also have that issue repaired. We will be calling them again when we're ready to fix the burner. Thanks for the great service!

The technician arrived promptly and was very pleasant. After some initial troubleshooting, he was able to isolate the problem, but not able to immediately solve it. I was very impressed that he made a call to an associate and got the answer quickly (so I did not need a 2nd service call). With the insight into the GE simmer burner, he was able to make the necessary repair in a few minutes. He did not try to "sell" any unnecessary parts or extra service. We will definitely use Repair99 in the future.

Mr. Gavin, was professional and patient. We had more than one issue on this machine, several parts needed to be replaced including the computer inside the dishwasher. I would highly recommend Mr. Gavin, he followed up with phone calls and emails to make sure it was still working and I am happy to say it is.

Doug arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. Repair 99 worked with me via email in advance to diagnose the problem after I had done some of my own research to determine what was wrong. Based on that, Doug had the right relay control board with him when he arrived. After pulling the oven out of the cabinet, he was able to quickly confirm the diagnosis and then he removed and replaced the relay board with the new part. The oven was working and reinstalled within one hour. I will definitely hire Repair 99 again.

I had used the same repairman at Repair99 previously and have always found him to be very helpful in explaining what the problem was and what needed to be done. He had to order a new part so had to come back again. Repaired my stove which had been damaged by tile installers. And even though it wasn't on his list of requested services, when I asked, he checked my microwave and found a crack in the magnetron which was throwing out dangerous microwaves. Was honest it saying he could fix it for x$, but that it would be cheaper to buy a new microwave which I did. $159 for repairing the refrigerator; and $458 for replacing the computerized electrical panel on my stove. I will continue to use Repair99 and ask for him again.

They were on time.

Very polite and professional when answering the phone and arranging a time.  Dryer was making a loud thumping sound. Arrived on time, fixed the problem and took the time to explain what was causing the noise. Found on Angie's List and will definitely use again (if needed).

After the service company recommended by the manufacturer canceled the morning they were scheduled to repair our refrigerator, we contacted Repair 99. We were able to get an appointment the next day. Doug arrived on time and knew what was wrong with our refrigerator just by my description of the "symptoms" we had noticed! He had the part on his truck and was able to complete the repair in less than an hour and restore water and ice to our refrigerator.  The service call and hourly labor rate was significantly lower than the manufacturer's service provider. I would highly recommend Repair 99!

Doug was very responsive with calls and emails.  We quickly set up a time for him to come out and get the job done.  The day before he came out, I threw in an additional task for him (the light on our oven timer is out) and he didn't flinch.  He said he would look at both issues, even though I had only discussed one problem with him previously.  On the day of service, he arrived on time and gave us pricing before he did any work.  We decided to hold off on fixing the oven timer light as the Thermador part was too expensive.  Doug didn't try to push that work on us at all, which I appreciated.  He quickly and successfully fixed our refrigerator door.  We couldn't be happier!

The response and work was outstanding.  Repair99 was able to tell us the issue when we called and described what was happening and that they would be able to take care of it.  We set up an appointment at our earliest convenience and he was on time and fixed the issue.  We would not hesitate to call them again if we have any issues with the appliances in our house.

Melvin replaced the heating element in our dryer. He also gave us tips on how to do routine maintenance to avoid future problems. 
Before contacting Repair99, I checked their web page.  I was greatly impressed that they listed things that I could do before calling them to avoid an unncessary service call. 
Repair99 came recommended by a neighbor.  I would happily recommend them to other friends and neighbors.

Doug from Repair 99 was very helpful. From our initial phone conversation, he was able to figure out what part was need to fix my Fisher and Paykel dishwasher. He ordered the part and kept in communication with me about the status. Once he had the part a few days later, we scheduled the repair for the following day. Doug called in the morning to re-confirm the appointment and showed up promptly. He fixed the dishwasher and was also extremely helpful with another appliance issue I was having. Doug worked very efficiently and had all of the repairs made in less than half an hour. I was very happy with the service and would definitely use Repair 99 again. I would highly recommend them.

I have an Asko washer and Dryer. When I described to Doug the issue that I was having with the washing machine, he immediately and correctly diagnosed the problem and solution. He showed up on time. Did his job quickly and efficiently, and was very friendly. I will use him for any appliance problems that I have in the future.

We had the company come to a**** and repair our Bosch washer. I had done some online research to determine what the likely problem was and he confirmed it. He offered to order the part for us and we could do the install ourselves (to save money). We agreed to do so. In moving the washer back into place, he accidentally broke the outer plexiglass window for the door. He could not get the replacement part that day and had to order it. No problem. The washer was still functional. When he returned, the part was not the correct part (not an error on his part - but with the Bosch people). At last, he returned with the correct part. It was quickly installed. The only exception was that the frame of the door that held the plexiglass was not properly 'clicked' back onto the door itself. This was quickly fixed by my husband upon noticing. The repairman was prompt, courteous and generally thorough. I think he was more ticked at himself for breaking the door in the first place and then not having the right part (necessitating another return trip). He only charged us for the initial service fee. We would use him again.

I thought my dryer was feeling too hot to my touch on the top; in order to put my mind at ease I called Repair 99;  he responded quickly to my call, came out the next day; took the time to check my dryer thoroughly; showed my how the "insides" worked relating to the heating element, etc.  Could not find anything wrong.  Would recommend this company.t
