Job delayed at contractor's request, while he waited for portable equipment. Upon arrival, job delayed over an hour, while new hose was replaced due to leakage. Job took twice as long as predicted -- 6 hrs instead of 3. Had them come back after brown water stain appeared on carpet, but they were able to address it upon returning. Overall, however, a good job with expected results.
