Jim was excellent and easy to work with. Clear Water are true experts in the services which they offer. They cleaned my bedroom carpets, however, I will certainly use them when it comes to cleaning my large, wool area rugs which need to be taken out of the home for true cleaning. I am also considering using them to do a deep cleaning and restoration of my hardwood floors. A terrific company!

The problem with grout cleaning is that the tile and grout are still wet when they are done and it is at least several hours later after the floor dries can you tell if all the grout was cleaned. Some areas didn't come as clean and therefore stand out more than before because the rest of the area came clean.
