Great service. Very polite. Estimate was prompt. Prices negotiable. They presume washed my concrete slab in the backyard without me asking or charging me. Asked me to look over their work and they went back to finish what I thought needed more work. Will definitely use this service again.

Saivieai did a great job on all of this but in addition, he pressure washed the exterior of my house even though I had contracted and was billed for only window & screen washing!! I thought he had misunderstood my directions when I saw him begin to pressure wash the siding, soffets, porches etc. But when I questioned him about it, he said he thought it really needed it and he was committed to retaining me as a lifetime customer! So I had a $100 pressure washing thrown in for free! But that is only according to what THIS company's original estimate was for the work Saivieai actually did. Four years ago I was charged $423 by Window Gang for exactly the same work. By their four-year old rates, I saved almost $350!! And the quality of the work by this company was just as excellent. In addition, this company has guaranteed me a future lifetime reduced rate of $65 for window washing. Do you think I'll ever use another company? Their desire to retain customers for a lifetime matches and perhaps even exceeds that of Gerald's Tires!! I actually felt guilty paying only $75 for at least four hours of work! I'm thinking we'll have our windows washed two or three times a year with this company.

I saw that Low Country Professional Windows had a good report on Angie's List so I gave them a call about having my gutters cleaned out. I spoke with a very curtious and professional gentleman named Saivieai on the phone. He thanked me for my military service and informed me that he would be providing me with a discount if I chose to use Low Country Professional Windows to clean my gutters...he was very responsive and said that he could be out the next day to provide a free estimate. The very next day, right on schedule, I received a call from Saivieai stating that he was at my property and that he would clean out the gutters for free! I was amazed. He told me that since there were only two gutters around the home and that it would only take him 15 minutes to clean & flush, that it was his way to give thanks for my service. This was absolutely incredible...I have never, ever received such amazing service. I intend to use Low Country Professional Windows for any/all future service (pressure washing, gutter repair, window work, etc) and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional service. They simply are the best.

The prince estimate was revised by LCP Windows to a lower amount when I agreed to have the work down on a different date than originally agreed. An amazing deal.

Very pleased with the service provided by this company. Above and beyond. Our job was a fairly large one and LPW was thorough and completed it in a timely, professional manner. Addressed all my concerns. These guys are hard workers! I would use them again in the future without reservation.

From the moment I made initial contact with Lowcountry Professional Window, I was treated with the utmost respect, courtesy and professionalism all the way through the job completion. I had an estimate within an hour and scheduled a cleaning time that was most convenient for me. Saivieai and Zach did an outstanding job and I was guaranteed a locked-in lower rate on future jobs. The house is only 2 years old, but did have some mold & pollen build-up on the vinyl siding that is in the shade. It looks as good as new. They couldn't have done a better job. I am 100% satisified with their work and will call them back whenever needed.

I called the company Monday, 2/1/10. They responded and within an hour were at my house to give me an estimate. We agreed on a price and date and time to do the work. They arrived as arranged, got to work, and were finished within three hours. They did an excellent job and I will recommend them to my family and friends.

I got their number at this list, called and scheduled. I really like the fact that they also clean the window which can be a mess if not.

Excellent experience. I didn't think companies like this existed anymore. Incredibly polite, professional and did superb work. And I don't know how they can afford to do all they did for such a low price.

I called and the same day, a very polite gentleman came over right away and gave me a free estimate. I needed the gutters cleaned out and the house, garage and patio pressure washed. The price was very reasonable and he assured me that he and his crew would be at my house at 8:00a.m. the next morning. They showed up right on time and were so friendly and helpful, I ask if I needed to move anything off the porch, and was told no, they would handle everything, and they did! They removed each gutter screen from our two story home and garage,hand washed them individually, moved all furniture, then pressure washed everything, house, garage and patio. When finished they cleaned up all the leaves and debris and placed it in bags and took it away! They also replaced the gutter screens and all furniture. I am absolutely thrilled with job these two men did, they never stopped working and were so polite and friendly. My house, garage and patio look beautiful thanks to them and no mess for me clean up! I will always use this company. I couldn't have ask for better service, they went above and beyond my expectations.

First impression was great. This company donates 10% of each job's receipt to children's luekemia research at MUSC. Several of our neighbors get toegether and have our homes pressure washed once a year. This year we went with this company based on a review on Angies List. We are all very pleased with the work done and will use this company from now on. The two men that came today were very nice, and professional and showed up on time. Our house has a good deal of algae on it. We requested they not use bleach since we just had new sod laid and were afraid of damage to the lawn. Without using bleach, we thought that it couldn't come as clean. Instead they used a product that wouldn't harm our lawn. The trim and soffets came clean and all algae is gone.. It looks great. It was done right the first time and they didn't have to re do any areas.

It went very well from start to finish. They stayed right with it, wasting no time, but taking the time to do it properly. Could not have asked for more.

This company provides outstanding service at an excellent price. They are honest, reliable, and extremely professional. My windows look as though there is no glass in them they are that clean. Corey has a "magic formula" for window washing that is exceptional. In addition, they did a beautiful job pressure washing all our walkways and courtyard bricks, without damaging any of the garden or paths. I would recommend them without any reservation.
