Laurie ( the service tech) is one of the owners of our company she was more than happy to do your service and do all the things you had listed however some of the items on the list were not under Your general cleaning package and were going to be an up charge we were more than happy to do all of these things for you however you did not want to pay for some of the extra items listed the 450$ price was for a full deep clean price that would not have been the price to add the few items that you wanted to add to the service at most it would have been 20-30$ dollars extra we run a business and as any business does when things are added to the service there will be an up charge we would be happy to continue your service but any extra items will have to be paid for that are outside of the package you haveService Provider Response
We apologize for the experience you had. Unfortunately our refund policy and payment policies are firm. When someone is not going to be present at the time of service, we do require payment upon arriving. This is because of the various scams that are present in todays society, you were informed of this PRIOR to scheduling and day or service. We hate to have customers displeased with service. If you would like please contact us, we would gladly redo your deep clean service free of charge. As you have tried to go through every channel to get a refund we unfortunately do not provide that per our policy. We have offered to come out and send a new crew to redo your service and you have refused to accept said offer of a FREE cleaning by both our company and Angi’s We understand the job was not done to your satisfaction, however the service was performed fully so no refund can be given since the work was done. Our technicians are able to move various items however they will not declutter any countertops to wipe under several various items. We ask all customers to please remove any clutter and/or trash prior to their service to ensure we are able to clean and touch the surfaces necessary. Our technicians, can recall that the countertops were cluttered with multiple items from mail, appliances and some bakeware/baking goods. They are instructed not to move those items due to liability. Your caretaker also informed the technicians what to clean and where to clean at upon arrival. We assure you all bases were touched and the service was performed. If you are displeased, we apologize and would offer you a free reservice to correct the issues you are having.Service Provider Response
