The cleaner did an ok job the first time, but many things were left undone like emptying the bathroom and office garbage. So in planning for todays visit I wrote up a list of things that typically get cleaned like dusting blinds, wiping down the inside and outside of the microwave, wiping the dust off the top of the toaster oven, dusting the ceiling fans and other items that typically get done. The cleaner took my list, went outside and called her boss. She came back inside and told me all the items on my list are only done with a deep clean at a cost of $450. I expressed my dismay, but told her she could go ahead and clean the house as she had already brought her supplies inside. She then called the boss again, came back inside and said she didn’t feel comfortable cleaning our home, as she wouldn’t be doing Everything we had on the list. I told her that was ok, but she insisted she didn’t want to clean it. So she picked up her stuff and left. I haven’t heard from the owner since she left. They charge $70/hour for basic and simple housekeeping. I will be looking for a new service provider again.

Laurie ( the service tech) is one of the owners of our company she was more than happy to do your service and do all the things you had listed however some of the items on the list were not under Your general cleaning package and were going to be an up charge we were more than happy to do all of these things for you however you did not want to pay for some of the extra items listed the 450$ price was for a full deep clean price that would not have been the price to add the few items that you wanted to add to the service at most it would have been 20-30$ dollars extra we run a business and as any business does when things are added to the service there will be an up charge we would be happy to continue your service but any extra items will have to be paid for that are outside of the package you have

Lori (Laurie?) was amazing! Originally I spoke with Austin who was lovely and very accommodating. Lori showed up this morning for our cleaning, and she did a bang up job. She was friendly, courteous, and respectful. I have nothing but high praise for this company and highly recommend.

I hired Cleaning Queens, Williamston, SC to "Deep Clean" my mom's apartment on 02/07/2023. I hope to NEVER make that mistake again!!! When I first spoke to Austin on Saturday, 02/04/23, I explained that my 98 yr. old mom who lived in a nearby retirement community was in the hospital with bacterial pneumonia. My husband and I were visiting from out of state and would have to leave probably before mom was discharged. I had just had her carpets and upholstery cleaned the week prior and was hoping to get her apartment deep cleaned before she came home. Austin said he could schedule it Tuesday, February 7th. Would that work? Yes!!! My mom's apartment is cleaned bi-weekly, so I chose a one - time, pre-paid 3 - 1/2 to 4 hour DEEP cleaning package for $250. 00. We discussed in detail what was included in this cleaning, and Austin emailed me a written Deep Cleaning Items list with my invoice, dated 02/06/2023. I paid Cleaning Queens through the online payment "Cash app", on Tuesday AM. 02/07/23 after returning home late Monday night. My mom's caregiver, Heather, met Laurie plus one other Cleaning Queens Associate at 1:15 pm. Tuesday, as scheduled, at my mom's apartment. As Heather showed them the apartment, Laurie asked, "You aren't going to stay, are you?" Heather said, "No?" and left. At 2:25 pm. - One hour and ten minutes later - Laurie texted "Hey Heather. Laurie with Cleaning Queens. We finished up." What!!!??? Where was the 3-1/2 - 4 hour DEEP clean??? Heather had gone to the hospital and wasn't able to check the job until Wednesday. What she found made her furious and I saw and heard it all via FaceTime!! First, was the kitchen. Right of the stove, Heather picked up a 9" x 11" Shortbread Cookie Tin. Crumbs were scattered besides, beneath, and behind it. Same with the toaster left of the stove. Besides the sink was a sticky glass water ring. The Deep Clean list said Interior & Exterior Appliances, but the refrigerator interior wasn't touched as evidenced by the vegetable/fruit drawer and photos that were taken. The kitchen, foyer, and bathroom floors were all mopped with a glossy rinse free cleaner like "mop & glo" but nothing was swept prior to mopping, as dirt and debris were stuck to all the floors by the glossy residue. If the windows had been cleaned as promised, someone surely would have noticed the windowsills - they were filthy. The wood baseboards throughout the apartment and ceramic tiles in both bathrooms had not been cleaned. When wiped, residue showed on Heather's fingers, as did dust from trays on bedside dressers. Going by the Deep Clean "list" - very little was cleaned well if cleaned at all! Heather was outraged that my mom and I were taken advantage of this way. I called Austin late Wednesday afternoon 02/08/23. He said they would be happy to come back out Friday and fix any issues I had with the service if I just sent him a list. I said "No". My mom was returning to her apartment in less than 24 hrs. after a 27 - day hospital stay with covid precautions in place. I asked for compensation instead, as I couldn't allow anyone outside medical personnel to enter the apartment. He apologized but said it was against company policy. Policy??!!! I saw nothing of such policy on his website! I told him I would have Heather take pictures for his "training" purposes, hoping he would rethink his policy once he saw what/how his crew failed to satisfactorily complete the job as detailed. I sent approximately 14 labeled pictures taken by Heather via text to Austin on Thursday, 02/09/23. I haven't heard anything back. My reasons for seeking resolution and/or posting a negative review are the following: 1. I entered a contract in good faith giving Cleaning Queens an accurate description of apartment and needed services, including requirement to have job completed before my mom was discharged from hospital. 2. I PRE-PAID the entire service cost as required by Provider. 3. I asked Provider to discuss in detail over speakerphone and in writing what Deep Cleaning entailed including tasks and time length so that both my husband and I could ask questions before I committed to job. 4. I was transparent with Provider, aka Austin, aka Cleaning Queens that I lived out of state but that my mom's caregiver, Heather would be inspecting their work. 5. Cleaning Queens did not do the Deep cleaning job as promised. 6. Cleaning Queens' No Refund Policy is either hidden or not listed on their website. Had they made this Policy known during their sales pitch to me, I would have NEVER committed to this Provider due to my mom's special circumstances and my out of state residency. I feel strongly this Provider did not uphold their terms of the contract and I am asking for partial refund.

I hired this Provider to do a one - time DEEP cleaning, which was quoted to me and my husband on speaker phone as "3-1/2 - 4 hours", at my mom's 1100 sq. ft., single resident apartment in a well-known and maintained retirement community, while she was sick in the hospital. Provider supplied detailed list of what would be cleaned: Living room *All Bedrooms detailed cleaning *All Bathrooms detailed cleaning *Kitchen *Dusting of All Surfaces *Sweeping, Mopping, Vacuuming *Baseboards, Trim, Doors All Cabinet interior & exterior, Ceiling fans, Light fixtures *Windows, Blinds, Drapes *Appliances -Inside & Out including *Microwave, Oven, & Refrigerator. THE ABOVE ITEMS WERE LISTED ON INVOICE, BUT * TASKS WERE NOT COMPLETED AT APARTMENT Provider required entire job fee to be pre-paid online before crew arrival. As promised, a two-person crew showed up on time, after giving 30 minutes notice - but stayed only 1 hr. 10 minutes. Job was inspected, revealing crew had not completed list - leaving dirt & debris in both bathrooms and kitchen floors under a "mop & glo type" glossy residue. The shower stall was unclean, baseboards and windowsills untouched. Bread and cookie crumbs left on 3 counters in kitchen, dust left on trays on bedroom dressers. Refrigerator interior drawers untouched. Pro. notified by phone and text, with accompanying photos of unfinished job. Pro. offered to send cleaning crew in 2 days to finish job and fix issues but that was not possible, as my elderly mother was returning to apartment in less than 24 hrs. after a 27-day hospital stay with covid precautions in place. I asked for compensation and Pro. said he was sorry, but it was against company policy.

We apologize for the experience you had. Unfortunately our refund policy and payment policies are firm. When someone is not going to be present at the time of service, we do require payment upon arriving. This is because of the various scams that are present in todays society, you were informed of this PRIOR to scheduling and day or service. We hate to have customers displeased with service. If you would like please contact us, we would gladly redo your deep clean service free of charge. As you have tried to go through every channel to get a refund we unfortunately do not provide that per our policy. We have offered to come out and send a new crew to redo your service and you have refused to accept said offer of a FREE cleaning by both our company and Angi’s We understand the job was not done to your satisfaction, however the service was performed fully so no refund can be given since the work was done. Our technicians are able to move various items however they will not declutter any countertops to wipe under several various items. We ask all customers to please remove any clutter and/or trash prior to their service to ensure we are able to clean and touch the surfaces necessary. Our technicians, can recall that the countertops were cluttered with multiple items from mail, appliances and some bakeware/baking goods. They are instructed not to move those items due to liability. Your caretaker also informed the technicians what to clean and where to clean at upon arrival. We assure you all bases were touched and the service was performed. If you are displeased, we apologize and would offer you a free reservice to correct the issues you are having.

The team that came to clean did a wonderful job. My bathrooms look wonderful. It was especially nice to have the beds made so beautifully as a finishing touch. My house smells great and I look forward to having them back.

I was so impressed with the service that I received today from Cleaning Queens. Coming home to a clean house is a wonderful feeling! I was happy to see they took the time to clean my baseboards, light fixtures, sliding glass doors, and much more! I appreciate the attention to detail. The owner called me as soon as the service was over to ensure that I was satisfied. That means a lot to me when working with a business. 10/10 Highly recommend!!

This team came out and did a top to bottom amazingly detailed clean which included baseboards, blinds, interior windows, light fixtures ceiling fans, etc. They followed our personal preferences for methods and tools. Alex and Laurie were extremely professional, friendly, and detailed. Highly recommend this company and we will continue to use their services on a regular basis.

I absolutely love Cleaning Queens, & Laurie does great work! The team here has much more competitive pricing than many other home cleaning services, and bonus, is locally owned & operated. Also, I'm very particular about what is used to clean our home (no toxins & only sustainable, environmentally friendly products). They were happy to oblige & really do a fantastic job. We're very thankful for the services they provide, as we work FT, have a little (plus friends over often), 4 pets, & have some health issues to boot. This is so helpful in maintaining a clean home! Would HIGHLY recommend!
