The treatment went well but still see bugs at times.

Everything about my experience with the company was great from the time I called to make the appointment to the time the technician came and went. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful.

They don’t require me to be there, so that’s good. They come and do the outside. They just come on the day they tell me that they are coming. I think that their pricing is reasonable. The good thing is that they have the same technician come out to my house each time they carry out work. I haven’t had to call them on an emergency basis. When I asked them to start, it didn’t seem to take a long time. I have had no problems with their quality of work. We have known them all this time.

The customer service is outstanding and the service itself is outstanding. I would recommend them.

It is fine. We have used them for a long time. They come out every three months. They spray put inside usually. They put things under the sink like little bug catcher kind of things. They put them behind the furniture and those sort of things. We have had very few of anything really except for the occasional spider web here and there. I think they do a pretty good job. They were the cheapest when I went looking. I would recommend them to anyone. The guy that comes to our house is very kind. He is very polite.

We have a termite contract with them. There was a lump sum at the beginning and we pay $75 a year now. They are really good and the price is reasonable.

We just changed over from another vendor that we felt hadn't been doing a good job for us. After doing our research, we chose Econobug based on the fact that they were local and are very competitively priced. They actually answer their phone, which is a rarity these days and you talk to a real person who lives in the same area and can give you immediate answers and can make an appointment, instead of going through a voice mail or talking to someone from another state who has to dispatch your call. Technician's name was Jason and he was very knowledgeable and professional. Also got a free termite inspection scheduled at the same time. Although we declined the preventative termite service, the technician (Jeanie) thoroughly explained their program and was very knowledgable and helpful. Overall, far and away better than the "national brand name" company we had been using for the past four years.

They do a good job and seem to know what they are doing. We don’t have any bug problems so that’s good.

Showed up on time. Did the work and kept it neat without a mess in the house. Applied an extra layer of thin plywood before putting the finished floor on providing extra strength.

We didn't have anybody do the work. They were very thorough and polite. They showed up for the appointment.

They are easy to work with. They show up when promised. Will come back if a problem occurs between regular quarterly visits.
