I chose Brighter Daays for my residential inside and outside window cleaning needs even after contacting and having phone discussions with representatives from several other window cleaning services before utilizing Home Advisor to assist in finding other potential providers. The final decision to choose Brighter Daays supplied by HomeAdvisor was based on multiple factors to include the prompt call received from this firm as I had requested through the HomeAdvisor software to have providers call me, professionalism and courtesy of company rep during initial phone discussion and his willingness to make a next day no-charge on-site inspection to insure a firm estimate of cost to eliminate any surprises. The cleaning professional called to indicate he was on the way and arrived on time the day work scheduled, very courteous, explained the sequence of work and approximate time required to complete job, took extra precautions to use a drop cloth around inside work areas, carefully moved anything inside house required to get to windows, worked carefully not to damage shurbs outside in work areas and worked quickly and methodically to finish the job on time. Based on the quality of the finished work, courtesy and professionalism of the rep I would not hesitate recommending Brighter Daays for your window cleaning needs.
