Our team from West Shore, Drake Dunn and Lawrence Stout, showed up on time and ready to work. They were very professional, did a thorough walk thru of the job, put down floor covering to protect our home, and got to work. Watching the process unfold transforming from a 35 year old bath tub to a beautiful full surround shower was amazing. As promised it was a one day removal and install. While I will always want a lower price, the reason for the 4 stars on that issue, we were very satisfied with the quality of product and workmanship. In my best old US Navy term, â Well Done!â

All of the West Shore employees that I encountered were, extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. The persons who came out to my house were punctual, efficient, respectful and did not leave a mess or anything out of place. Drake Dunn and Lawrance Stoudt deserve high praise.

It was amazing to watch a 20 year old discolored fiberglass tub/shower unit disappear in less than an hour. After that, they stripped the walls down to the studs, upgraded plumbing, installed a new shower pan and walls to the ceiling, installed new fixtures, and finished it off with a beautiful glass sliding door. In just about 5 hours flat my bath now had a beautiful, easy to clean shower. The team, headed by installer William Joyner, were prompt, ever so polite, careful to prevent tracking in/out on the floors, and cleaned up after themselves upon completion. A thorough review of care for the new unit and the associated warranty were also provided. My bath feels twice as large as it did before, and certainly looks twice as good! Thank you both!

Michael Cortes and Charles Pinson were excellent! They worked quickly and efficiently. They kept me informed at every step. when the job was complete, they cleaned up beautifully and went over the care of my new shower. I recommend them highly as a team! They were friendly and professional.

My job turned out to be a BIG job. They had to remove a tile built in tub and a tile shower. They had to install a large shower pan with all the piping. They did a great job all went well . David Ogden and Louie Rase were great. I would recommend them to anyone who was wanting a remodel done. Couldn't have asked fo a better job.

The salesman and installers were knowledgeable. The installers were very nice, and clean up everything before leaving. They were definitely on time and finish the install in one day...Happy with the SHOWER INSTALL.

Installation team - Drake Dunn, Charles Pinson and Lawrence Stoudt - did an outstanding and very professional job. They removed the existing tub and surround, made the necessary wall and plumbing modifications, and installed the new shower enclosure with glass doors in about 10 hours. It was a very efficient process. They knew what they were doing and kept us informed throughout. My wife and I are delighted with the results.

I removed old worn out tile and a rusty tub and replaced it with a beautiful walk-in shower. It's lovely. There were some issues....but the troubleshooting and consistency of installers, Jeff Farr and Michael Cortes was tremendous. The shower is clean and sleek thanks to them. I investigated several contractors and considered going with tile and grout, but this shower system really looks great. My sales consultant Marc was very helpful as well.

From start to finish everyone was professional and pleasant. The installer, William Joyner, was very professional, freindly, considerate that i'm in a wheelchair, did the job in a timely matter and cleaned up any mess that was made. I would definitely refer him and West Shore Home!

What a difference a day makes ! The removal of a bathtub and the installa- tion of a walk-in shower was completed in about eight hours. This was done by Ashton Bradham and Lawrence Stoudt,,both very professional and very courteous. They patiently answered any questions that we had. These two young men are definitely fine representatives of your company. The sales rep, James Oswald, was also very helpful and considerate. All in all, a very satisfactory experience.

Tim J, Drake D, and Charles P were very professional. They explained the project before beginning, and allowed me to ask questions and document the progress along the way. They also allowed me to make decisions on fixture and accessory placement to ensure I was getting the shower I wanted. I would definitely recommend this company.

Workmanship was great. Shower feels solid and looks incredible. Highly recommend. Our installers David and Charles were very professional and respectful. Total experience was better than expected.

I needed a shower that could accommodate my mother's wheel chair and they did not disappoint . David Ogden and Lowe Rose were the installers, very personable, professional and considerate of the house, wearing masks, covering floors with tarps and cleaning everything spotless when they finished. The old shower was professionally dismantled and new one built. It even rained and these guys had a tent handy and set up, work did not stop and like they advertised, the job was finished in a day. A shout out to Leslie Campbell, she was awesome in showing me all the possibilities and saving me money in different choices. Very down to earth.

Time for a new bathtub and shower, so I called West Shore after I saw the commercial. Overall Drake D., Tim J., and Jeff F. did an amazing job.
