Very professional organization. The sales rep (Mike Bridges) was very helpful and not pushy...took all the time we needed to make up our minds. The installers (David Ogden and Charles Pinson) arrived on time, were courteous and very professional. They completed work in one day (as promised), were very respectful of our home, and cleaned-up thoroughly. We are completely satisfied with the results. Thank you West Shore for your services.

We were highly impressed with the professionalism of the people we dealt with from West Shore Home from the first meeting with the sales person through the completion of the installation. Our installers had to contend with the removal of a jet tub, improperly positioned water lines through the slab and incorporating a window into the installation of a handicap shower. Steven Breland was up to the challenges, and we are completely happy with the result.

Michael Cortes arrived on time and was meticulous in following the checklist to be sure that everything was installed perfectly. He measured and double checked with me to be sure everything from shower shelves to the grab bar and cursing bar were in the correct position. Charles P. Was also professional and they cleaned up the work space to our satisfaction. We couldnâ t be happier with the new upstairs bath look!

My shower installers dug out an old whirlpool tub, replaced the pipes and rebuilt the walls, to create a beautiful walk-in shower enclosure, all in one day. Hard workers, highly recommended.

When I first contracted with West Shore, to have the shower replaced I was skeptical, and should have listened to my own instincts , There was a bid of miscommunication between myself and the salesman, Brad. It seems that many of the things that Brad, said he (the company) either couldn't do, or what ever he promised, they weren't capable of doing. I had many conversations with the ladies at the front desk, and would be told that Brad would contact me to fix the problem, but this never happened. Finally I was told that Brad was no longer with the company (never a good sign). Brandon, (first tech) came out to install the shower and did a good job, but many things were never completed, The salesman forgot to include measurements for the one outside wall, etc. The incorrect shower head was installed, despite my many phone calls to the company from day one. I even offered to pay the difference for the multi-shower unit that I wanted. I actually contacted the company the day the install was to be done regarding the shower combo, but again I was told that someone would contact me. After the shower was installed, I called the company regarding the incorrect shower head, the missing side wall and nicks and scrapes in the new ceiling, that I had paid to have done. Brandon was sent back to the house to complete the missing panel, shower head, and to assess the ceiling. He told me that his crew did not cause the damage to the ceiling. He completed the panel, and just added a handheld shower head with a sliding bar, again, not what I wanted from the beginning. Then, the price quoted by Brad was not what was on the finally bill, approximately a $1000.00 discrepancy. At the time of the salesman's visit to the house, there was a promotional being run for 1000.00 off the entire bill if you signed during the visit. Between dealing with the finance company and West Shore from September until December, I must have contacted everyone at least 6-9 time, without any resolution. However, yesterday, I got very lucky and managed to talk with a lady that I have talked to on numerous occasions. A supervisor, Gerry Shea, was emailed, and he showed up the same afternoon from Summerville to assessed the problems, and was absolutely delightful to work with. He arranged to have another Technician, Barry from Summerville come today, repainted the damaged ceiling, replace a single shower to a multi shower head, not exactly the one I wanted, but, it's too late to fix that problem totally. And he installed the shower doors, something that the salesman originally told me that we had to go to a glass company to have this done since West Shore did not handle! Barry was fantastic! Fixed all of the outstanding problems, even re-priming the ceiling, (I still have to paint the final coat) that I was told was not the original technicians' fault was completed. The only problem that is outstanding is the $1000.00 discrepancy. So with all this being said, the Supervisor Gerry Shea, and his Technician, Barry were wonderful, resolving all but the financial situation. I never did get the exact multi-shower combo that I really wanted, but all of the other problems were resolved. I would have no problem contacting West Shore Homes if I needed anything else done. However, I know that I will insist on getting everything I want in writing, and not trusting a salesman to smooth talk me into agreeing to a contract.. Both Gerry and Barry are 5 star!!

This was fast an easy process and we are enjoying our new tub and shower.

Very professional. Put covers down on floors. Covered everything in area. Worked hard to get job done. Overall, turned out better than I expected. Michael Cortes and Charles Pinson were very professional resolving an issue I had. Would highly recommend them and you can only hope they are selected to do your remodel.

Demo of jacuzzi in master bath and installed shower. Included custom acrylic ceiling panel, tray pan, and 3 side panels, traditional shower head, handheld shower unit, bench seat, shelves, soap dish, and 2 grab bars. Doors are sliding glass. The installers were great...Steve and Mario were punctual, knowledgeable, neat, and professional. John, the sales rep, stopped by to make sure things were going as planned. The job was completed in 1 day. The general manager for the region called later to see if we had any questions and if we were satisfied with the install. Good customer service! We are very happy and would highly recommend the West Shore Home.

My installers Tim and Jeff actually showed up early but didn't want to bother me until 8 AM. I had them come in and start their day when I when out to my mailbox. They were very polite, professional and did an awesome job while removing and installing the new shower. At the end of install, they made sure that everything was cleaned, explained everything to me about the new install. I have another bathroom that might have to have a new install and I would want these guys back. Love my new bathroom and love me installers. Thank you West Shore.

My experience with the people at West Shore Homes Charleston, SC has been most awesome. I knew with the age of my home, almost 50 years, we might run into problems. We did! But West Shore Homes was most pleasant and patient working with me getting things completed before they could finish their install. I spoke with Gerry Shea, Installation manager, quite a bit. He was always polite and helpful and did his best to keep me calm as I worked through things on this end. Rita, in the office, was just as helpful and was very patient with me in getting me set up with appointments. We finally reached install day and I was so happy and relieved. Drake Dunn and Lawrance Stout were our installation crew and they did a fantastic job! They worked hard and efficient and clean. They were very polite and even my Mom enjoyed them, you do know getting Mom's to like a work crew is the highest form of praise. It was my Mom's bathroom being renovated and I chose to do the tub to walk in shower conversion to make it safer for both of us to use. She is still talking about how hard "those boys" worked all day long. She now walks down the hall to just look at the shower and says "They did a good job didn't they?" Yes I went through a lot with this old house but it was all worth it when the finish product was installed so smoothly , quickly and can get my Mom to smile. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get a big change in a short time without all the fuss and mess.
