I am very thankful for Jordan and his crew. They were always on time, they were friendly and very informative. They never did anything without talking to me first and they where respectful with handling my belongings. They removed everything from my toilet and sink n the bathroom, my washer and dryer, my oven and dishwasher. Covering and storing everything properly and out of harms way. They boxed and packed up all my belongings. They then took up all my flooring, cut properly I to the walls lord it was alot lol! But they made it an easy process. I would recommend this company and I would surely use them again. Thank you Jordan and the crew, I appreciate you!! Go Steelers!!!

The floor was soaked due to a malfunctioning whirlpool dehumidifier. The guys that came out for the first few days did an excellent job extracting the water. They were polite, helpful and prompt per their arrival time schedules. However since then, the invoice was messed up, adding rather than subtracting the insurance payment. They also misspelled an email address so the communications never arrived to my spouse, despite my asking them to update it. I’m not good with email myself, so this made things very difficult and painful for me. I’ve been hounded, spoken rudely to, and then the accounts receivable person pretty much threatened me. They don’t have their act together and are very unprofessional. I’m really disappointed that I had to encounter this from a company with such high regards. I don’t like giving them a bad review, but this absolutely warranted a poor review.
