Bryans Lawn Maintenance

I have been looking for a paver installer and came across Bryan’s website. I was very impressed and sent an email on September 16, 2018 that I was interested in a quote. Bryan contacted me on Monday, September 17, 2018 and we talked about what I was looking for. My first question to Bryan was his availability. He said he was not backed up at all and I expressed to him that I would like to have my project completed by the end of February 2019. He said that was not a problem and could start the first of November. Bryan came out to my property on Wednesday, September 19, 2018. He spent over an hour with me and my husband. Bryan is very knowledgeable and polite. We talked about several ideas that I had and he said he would know the cost that day. He spray painted my yard so that we could have a visual of where the pavers would go. I picked my paver and I was very excited to know that I found a good contractor. Well, that’s what I hoped for. I did not text Bryan right away for the estimate because I knew it was a big job to quote and figured he would send it when he was ready. A week went by and I texted Bryan on Wednesday, September 26, 2018. Hey Bryan just checking to see if you completed our estimate. If not, no rush, just thought I would touch base. Thank you! His response two days later Will have for you Tuesday at the latest Thank you It is now Wednesday, September 28, 2018. I thanked him and waited. Tuesday, October 2, 2018 came and went. I sent one more follow-up on Monday, October 8, 2018. Bryan just checking in to see if you have completed our estimate. Thanks, Angie I have never heard back from Bryan. I don’t understand how you can own a business and treat a potential customer like this. What a total disappointment! I have spent so much time trying to find the right person for this project and I really thought I had found a reputable person. If you are looking for a professional lawn service you may want to look elsewhere as we did not have any luck with Bryan. Surprisingly enough, as the weeks went by and we started looking for others I couldn’t believe how many of my friends know Bryan. Off to hopefully find a reputable, honest contractor.
