We has a bathtub and shower replacement. Dexter Leverett, Sam Trout, Josh W. and Eva were all wonderful installers. Fast, friendly, professional and knowledgeable!

Both workers were courteous and did great work. Arrived and once we discussed what was to be done they went right to work and got it done. They asked my input on were to install the grab bars and shelfâ s in the shower. Both Bobby and Devin do a great job.

We invited several companies into our home to show us what they could do to replace our guest bathroom tub with a walk in shower. My 85 year old mother will be living in our home within the next 3 months. I wanted a safe clean shower for her. West Shore was not the least expensive. However, the quality of the materials and warranty sold me on West Shore. After completion, we contracted with West Shore to replace and enlarge the shower in our master bathroom. Quality work and both two person crews went above and beyond. The crew for the first job was Devin and Brett.

How professional and patient everyone I dealt with was. Iâ ve never been as impressed with the customer service as I was given by West Shore Home. From the sales people to the actual installers. They let me know that customer satisfaction was #1 with them. I love my new shower! It is beautiful, convenient and problem free! The guys that impressed me beyond description were Jack, John Linnehan West, Jake and Sean. Not sure of all the last names but those guys are the BEST!

Brandon and Justin did a great job. they handled my concern about the weakened subfloor due to water heater leak. I think they got along good and worked well together. They completed the job and cleaned up after they were done.

Devin Noel and Caleb Booton were awesome...Very professional, friendly, answered any questions we had...I would highly recommend these 2 gentlemen to do your work... I give them a 10 for a job well done. Ty again boys beautiful job we love it... (Walk in shower was installed)

We have been pleased with our services starting with our design consultants Jeannie Bailey she did amazing job explaining this journey and making herself available for any questions or concerns . Next is our installers Jonathan Allen and Marcos Rodriguez also did an amazing job with the installation, they were here on time and left in a timely manner .They were both professional and their work looks very professional .They explained the doâ s and donâ t, and also made them selves available for any questions or concerns . They did not leave any mess on our property or inside our home . The job was done in one day, I highly recommend this company for your next home improvement.

The men were polite, considerate, careful, and did a wonderful job. They left no mess. We have a beautiful, safe, walk-in shower now for my husband who has a tendency to fall. Work was done in one day. A certified plumber inspected their ongoing work.

Jack Myers was the Design Consultant for West Shore. He was very knowledgeable and professional through the process. Jason B. and Caleb B. were our Installers and were very professional and thorough. West Shore was responsive and followed up before, during and after.
