The team that did our tub installation was great - they were super clean and did a great job. The team of Jonathan (sales), Zach, Ty and Varry were super professional and really made our bathroom look fantastic!

We thought spending the amount of money we did for our shower installed by Westshore we would have an incredible experience. The bad experience was immediate at install when we didn't receive the seat we thought we had agreed upon during the sale. The salesman told me it wasn't in the agreement and nothing could be done other than paying an additional $2500 for this seat an install. After reviewing I accepted that we did sign without it being in the many pages of document's to read by laptop, no printouts but I signed off and accepted my overlooking this. Then after only a few months the caulking has separated from the base and several areas were not caulked after we started to inspect. We are unhappy with Westshore and called shortly after the project and again last month with no response but they are going to re-caulk the shower. Hopefully no damage has been done to the walls and flooring from the lack of quality. We followed their directions of using only vinegar to clean but doesn't matter if there are cracks.

We are West Shore Home! We enter your house like a herd of wild boars and do nothing for 1 hour. Then we will destroy your floors, deny it and get rude and run away like a herd of buffalos. Your house is in our bad hands. PS: The more often we have to come, the worse our quality, performance and work becomes.

The crew (Devin N,Charlie R, Isreal H, Miles H, Jason B, Josh H, Marcos R, James, and Kristina) were courteous and fast they completed our job (22 windows) in a single day and left our house so clean you couldn't tell how much work had taken place Devin went over the operation of the windows before they left to make sure we knew how all the features worked. We are very pleased with this experience

I think they charge way to much money

They replaced 2 outside doors. They were well prepared, professional and worked well together.

It was done in great time!

The 3 individuals (Alissa, Ty and Ethan) were very professional in their personal interactions. They were polite to each other, their comments to each other were helpful instead of critical and they worked as an efficient team. They were a delight to be around and exemplified strong young workers.

Alyssa, Sam and Ty came to my home to install my walk in shower. They were on time, very professional and knowledgeable. They kept me posted on the progress of the project and finished sooner than I expected. This was a very positive experience and would have them to back to work on my home for future projects

Caleb Booton, Charlie Rodgers and Kristina Hegedus did an excellent job at installing our new door and window. Very polite, arrived on time, worked well together and great communication with us. Can't wait to get the rest of the windows I will be needing. Won't hesitate to call West Shore Homes.
