Selling a house is stressful! The Leanne Carswell team did an amazing job helping us get our house on the market. We relocated out of the area, they obtained bids and coordinated repairs with contractors which was a huge relief for us! The listing coordinator Peggy was a pleasure to work with and was on top of things. The true stress of the sale came when we began negotiating with buyers and getting to the closing table. We did not receive the guidance we were looking for during the negotiation process. On multiple occasions, the same issues had to be addressed due to lack of communication in the office.

The LeAnne Carswell, Expert Real Estate Team for me is one of the best realtor teams I have had the pleasure of working with. This will be the 3rd house I have bought over the last 35 years. Last year (2014) my wife and I decided to look for a place to retire (we are from R.I.). We came to Greenville and were driving around looking at towns and area?s to live. After we decided to pick Taylors, Greer area, we happen to pass by the Carswell office and pulled in. We only wanted information on the area, but Leanne was so nice to us, that we decided to ask for a realtor. She assigned us Julie head. Over the next year we kept in touch well selling our home in R.I. Julie constantly stayed in touch and we received possibilities though e-mail the whole time. Julie also kept in touch on a personal level, which was very refreshing. Not something prevalent in the North East. Well we came down to SC, on July 1st, and Julie had many homes for us to look at. They were all per our request of certain designs and price etc. A few we loved but lost, because houses were going fast in this area. We started to worry about inventory of what we wanted, which was 10 years old or less, and under 150k.
