The experience was excellent from start to finish. The company did everything they said they would and then some. Alvin worked extremely hard but he paid alot of attention to detail and even offered his professional advice on questions that we had. Top notch company and excellent pricing.

Hardwood Floor Heroes did a great job removing wax from our engineered hardwood floors. Myson was very knowledgeable and was able to provide tips and feedback on how we can keep our floors nice as well as what cleaners not to use, so it doesn't cause wax build-up again. Needless to say, because of Myson and Hardwood Floor Heroes we are smarter now when it comes to caring for our floors and they have never looked so good!
