He informed me that he had treated a large fire ant mound that he noticed in the backyard, which was a very nice gesture. Overall very pleased with this initial treatment and with Ty himself.

Ty was thorough and communicated well. He let us know he was here, gave us guidance on dry time and when it would be safe to go back outside with kids/pets. Then he let us know when he was finished and finally let us know his findings.

Chris B. arrived on Saturday and did a wonderful job. He checked all our indoor and outside traps. He gave me some good information on our pest issue. He even gave our dog a treat which was a nice touch. Highly recommend!
