Dennis did an outstanding job. He immediately recognize the lack of care by the prior techs. He own the problem by developing a plan to correct the condition of the yard and exterior of the house. Frankly, I was on the fence about continuing to use Bulwark. The service from prior techs had deteriorated to an unacceptable level. I appreciate Dennis' candor and concern. Thanks, Dennis! Brayden Leese was perfect. He was extremely nice and interested in my issues. He addressed every issue. He said if I had any additional issues before my next scheduled spray to call them and he would come out for free and that is exactly what he did. They came out the very next day and addressed my ongoing issue.

This was the third time they have been here. After the second visit every issue I had was almost completely resolved. They come monthly so my problems don’t come back. I had an issue after the first treatment and they came back for free in between my regular monthly treatments. Very professional and accommodating.
