 + -1 moreEverything went well. They didn't do the typical spray through all the interior like most companies do. They targeted the problem areas inside, and sprayed the interior of outlets. On the exterior they did a barrier, sweeped eaves and treated for ants. None of their products used smelled, which is great.

 + -1 moreOn the initial visit, Brian the territory manager, took over 2 hours to apply applications outside, inside, the attic, and crawl space. He was very thorough and explained how their company worked, the quality of the products used and it's safety. Each additional time when they have returned, they took the time to apply the products and target the areas where we have found them to invade. The customer service is excellent and they have followed up with calls after each visit asking if everything went ok and if we need any additional service. Glad to have found a reliable company with excellent customer service and results.
Description of Work: We recently moved into a brick home. Since we live in the country, we have noticed lots of critters that have decided to live with us, especially inside the house! We needed outside treatment for bugs, spiders, ants and various other critters along with treatment inside, in the attic and crawl space.

 + -1 moreIt turned out to be Argentine Ants (whew!). It's the time of the year when they are looking for a warm spot. A five foot perimeter of the outside of my house was sprayed. In the interior, a interesting "dust substance" was injected via the electrical outlets of every room, into the walls. I liked this method because it was odorless and there were no harmful sprays on the baseboards of my home. I was also reassured to call should I see any sign of ants in the next 30 days and they would be out to retreat. I am going to use Bulwark for my quarterly service. Very pleased.

Description of Work: Brian Brown has been our Bulwark technician since we began our service about 6 months ago. He is extremely efficient, always asks if we have any special needs for extra services and is always humble and polite. He addressed some issues we had with pests originally and has kept them under control ever since. I always receive an email a day or two prior to service and Brian always shows up on time. He was on time, no pressure for continued service (just went through what I could have done in the future if I chose to), and completed the work with minimal interruption. Was great to finally work with a company that seems to value the customer. There are so many on here that apparently have more work than they need at the moment and treat customers poorly as a result. People need to start filling out the Reviews, and putting correct and honest information so that we can all use the services of excellent providers, and drive the poor ones to the bottom of the list!

I had never even heard of that before, let alone seen an exterminator perform the work right in front of me. Did all window jams. On outside, they dusted our crawlspace, and he walked foot by foot across the front and back lawn looking for and treating any ant hills. Awesome Job !!!

 + -1 moreA week later, we realized we might have a bee infestation problem in our backyard, and we called Brian to come and check it out. He was at our house within a few days to take a look. He inspected the area and tried to located a hive. At this point it does not look like we have a problem, but we know we can call Brian if we see any further issues. Brian said he would come back for a re-inspection of that area on a sunny day just to make sure. We feel that this type of professionalism is exactly what we look for with any company.It is obvious that Bulwark Exterminating offers the best price for these services and goes the extra mile when it comes to customer satisfaction.
Description of Work: We were concerned about having termite prevention for our home. Brian Brown came to our home and explained the service Bulwark could provide for this issue. We were so pleased with the pleasant manner in which Brian represented his company. He was knowledgable about his product and about what the bait stations would do to prevent a termite infestation. Once we realized what a value Brian was able to offer, we signed a contract to have him install the bait stations. His work was quick and professional. Brian was able to complete the job and left our yard looking just as good as when he arrived. He was careful to place the stations in areas that would protect our home from termites, and he explained everything as he worked. We thoroughly enjoyed having Brian come to our home.
