Brad Finney, my Bulwark tech, is a joy to work with. He showed up within 24 hours when I called about needing a treatment, and he located wasp nests I had never seen. He is friendly and professional.

Mr. Daryle Gee is very professional and courteous. He is prompt and explains exactly what is being done and answers any questions that we had. We have a dog and he was very knowledgeable about how to keep our pet safe during the services rendered. We are very pleased.

David did a great job he went over the area meticulously and even removed a bee nest from my garage. We have been very happy with the work done by his predecessor Ron and we feel confident that David will do his best to deliver the same quality of work.

Called saturday before lunch and with an urgent need. 6 month pregnant wife and a sudden pest and rodent problem needed attention immediately. They worked their technician Chris's schedule so that he could fit us in at7:30pm on a saturday night. He came out with a great attitude, showed great attention to detail, asked very intelligent questions, and acted accordingly. This was our first experience with 864pest and their technician Chris. Their was nothing mindblowing they did to solve our problem or anything along those lines but the technicians attitude to do everything he could to help his customers and the pride he took in his work is the reason we will be calling them back to set up regular service.

Brad Finney, the tech, was friendly and professional. He was thorough in his service and performed everything that was promised. He provided a list of pest products used and even took the time to knock down all of the spider webs on the outside of the house. I feel very good about my choice in selecting Bulwark Exterminating and will continue to use them.

Tech Brad was on time, very professional, answered all my questions, and did what I asked him to do. I did have a few ants the next day, however I am going to wait until Sunday to see the ants are truly gone. That is why I gave a B for quality. The ants are not as abundance as they were before the extermination. Good company!!!

Always arrives when scheduled, performs necessary treatments and answers questions and responds to all requests. Very professional and courteous. If a problem develops between scheduled treatments, there is always a prompt response and treatment of the problem. I highly recommend Bulwark for pest control.

My experience with Ron was amazing!!! He was very detailed and informative on everything he was doing. He made us feel comfortable about our service today. Whenever we call to book another treatment he’s the only person we want to come out!! Thanks again Rob!!!

Fantastic. Great customer service from David.Very professional and well informed on the products used.

Technician first explain what they were and the process required to get rid of them. It took several visit as he explained, so far things are going according to the plan. Technician is well informed and very pleasant. He always wears his shoe covers and he cleans up before leaving. The customer service and scheduling department are very courteous and works with my schedule. The initial visit was covered under my contract and all extra visit are free o charge.

It went so well. The young men who came were so nice and very knowledgeable. I’ve already been recommending this company to others.

Wow! So impressed with how professional and thorough Brian was while servicing my home. Treated indoors and outdoors and removed all spider webs (even the ones on the windows 2 1/2 stories up) I highly recommend this company

The technician, Curtis Wolaver, was timely, courteous, and professional. He explained the process and treated all areas outlined in the contract.

The tech was late and talked a lot. He didn't use the same procedure that others had done and I didn't think it was standard. I had a reaction to the (natural) chemicals after the outside was sprayed. (I have COPD/Emphysema.) I had a followup visit due to increase in spiders. The ants are gone, yay! I may continue to use this service and I appreciate their followup calls. I just think the problem was the tech, not the company. He was nice but -.

Curtis Wolaver was the technician that performed my services today. Curtis showed up well within the time slot that I was told. Curtis was outstanding, a pleasure to work with. Curtis is very personable, a great communicator and very knowledgeable. I can’t say enough positive things about Curtis. He without question exceeded my expectations. Due to Curtis’s demeanor and the manner in which he performed his job today, I will be using Buleark Extermination next quarter. Sincerely
