Job was done ontime

The company kept in touch for updates on weather and scheduling. They were very professional and did a great job of the tree removal but the only thing I was amiss about was getting all of the left over residue of branches cleaned up. I am 70 years old and my husband is handicapped and now I have to rake a little each day to get this done or hire another company to come clean up the pile and it is quite a large pile.

Numerous trees of different species needed trimming. Each individual tree was lnspected and each limb trimmed or removed for the benefit of the tree and to be aesthetically pleasing. The entire landscape of the residential property was taken into consideration. It was a pleasure to work with people who truly care, are profession and personable. We would highly recommend Live Oak to other homeowners.

I had such a wonderful experience with this company that I not only intend to use them again, but I will highly recommend them. Just down to earth folks who take their skills for granted. I particularly enjoyed talking to Tammy. Though I did not actually know a lot about the tree removal service; I am glad to say that my questions were answered...even when I repeated questions (forgot that I had asked earlier); I was supplied with answers instead of causing them (the crew) irritation.

Service was great! They showed up on time, kept us updated throughout the project and worked through some challenging weather. The price was very reasonable and we would definitely call them again.
