Great job

Tanya arrived quickly in the same afternoon that I called about the problem with my tree in my front yard. She was knowledgeable and her price was very fair. She, also, gave wonderful information on the tree and since it needed to be cut down and the stump ground out, she gave recommendations on future planting of trees for our property. Her crew arrived at the appointed time and very efficiently and astonishingly quickly removed the tree and debris from our yard. ( Our 15-16 year old Bradford Pear has begun to drop huge limbs off and split at the base of many other limbs, spliting the tree in two. It was a very large tree and was a danger

The only real negative I had was as they were looking for the water sprinkler controllers they aggressivly went through the beds with a pitch fork and punctured some of the soaker hoses which I had to go and plug in, it was fixable. Overall, I'd use them again, they were great, friendly, kind.

THEY CAME AND THEY DID EVERYTHING THY TOLD S THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THEY PUT A SPRINKLER SYSTEM IN, SHOWED US HOW TO SET THE SYSTEM, ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS WE HAD. THEY TOLD US TO CALL IF THERE WERE ANY CONCERNS OR PROBLEMS WITH ANYTHNG, THEY WERE POLITE, AND VERY INFORMATIVE ABOUT THEIR WORK. WE ARE VERY PLEASED AND SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. YES I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS TO HAVE THEIR YARD WORKED ON.

I contracted for an installation to cover all bare areas in my front yard. I was told it would take two pallets plus some dirt. I presumed they knew how much sod was needed. They underestimated the amount of sod needed so I was left with some bare areas. They insisted that they would do nothing more unless I purchased a full pallet of sod and more dirt. I would have been willing to pay something for more sod, but it did not take a full pallet. I finished the job myself and told them I was not satisfied and would not recommend them.

They were extremely nice and prompt and did high quality work for a reasonable price and finished up the project extremely fast. They also ensured that the system was completely functional prior to leaving and made small changes in the system to prevent additional problems in the years to come. I will definitely use them again for other projects that arise and would not hesitate to recommend them to others!

This folks were great. Called me the same day I maid my request thru service majiic. Came to house that evening I think it was and gave me a bid for the job. Told me they would be back within a week to do the job, that it would take 2 days and that they would call be before they headed my way. They were all very friendly. The did arrive within the time frame promissed and did 1/2 the job on the first day. They returned the next day and finished the job of taking down the trees. They were very good at there job. By the end of the 2nd day all 7 trees were down, my yard was cleaned and all tree cuttings were hauled away. Execellant Workl

The project was to grade and sod a nightmare of a 50'x50', fenced in backyard. After 3 years of no grass, uneven surface, too include plentiful trenches caused by heavy rains, I decided "enough was enough." I came across ServiceMagic's web site by way of surfing for solutions. ServiceMagic referred Live Oak Landscaping and they provided a free estimate. I felt the estimate was completely reasonable for the project at hand. We had an oversized trampoline that required moving prior to start. They moved it for us, completed the project in 2 days while my wife and I was at work, and left everything in its original configuration, on time.

When they came to my house they could have taken advantage of me not knowing about the sprinklers but they said they were fine but adjusted the timing and that was all I needed. And i thank them for that so I would use them again if I have problems

They are professional, knowledgeable, wonderful people. I had them build a deck, plant some shrubs, extend my in-ground sprinklers to the back yard, and sod my back yard. They helped me plan what to do and made sure that everything followed safety guidelines. They made sure that I was happy with what they were doing and everything looks great. I highly recommend them.
