Live Oak Landscaping was very professional. They responded to my request readily. The sprinkler system was installed as scheduled. My experience was beyond my expectation. Excellent job.

I was completely satisfied because Tonya initially guaranteed their work. Due to me working daily and long hours I did not notice my sprinklers water my neighbors yard and house. One of my zones does not cover the entire area so I have about a 12" w x 20' L of grass that is not getting watered. I called Tonya and she promised to come out but now she is not answering. Their work is sloppy. I used them for integration system in May 2010 and you can tell where the pipes were laid across my yard for the sprinklers and it is 18 months later. My neighbors had theirs done and the same day you can not tell that theyre yard had been dugged up.

Live Oak Lndscpg was quick, professional and thorough. Curteous service. Sprinkler system was repaired successfully the same afternoon for an emergency service. The price was excellent.

I would most certainly recommend this contractor to others. Their work was very good. Live Oak Landscaping did an excellent job and I was satisfied mindful of the tremendous amount of work that was done. They did go above and beyond the call of duty.

Live Oak has transformed my sloped backyard into a showplace! They do fabulous, meticulous work that they show pride in. They are so good that I felt like I could just "turn them loose" and let them make the decisions on how to do the project and what materials to use. My retaining wall is so beautifully done. Matter of fact, it was so well done, that I am still working with them on a further project that I decided on. The crew is so easy to work with and so professional, as well as so very nice. They can do absolutely everything that needs to be done in a yard. My neighbor is so "jealous" (to use her words), that she is using them too!

Tonya and David came out and walked my property telling me about the types of trees, their health and what to do to maintain a healthy environment - they gave me the info I was looking for. They also were willing to look at our well pump and pull it before continuing with sprinkler work. We scheduled a time for pulling the pump - it needed to be replaced - they put in one that was 1/2 HP larger - increasing the amount of water we were getting and allowing the sprinkler heads to actually pop up and work. I'm very satisfied so far, they are easy to work with and there is more to be done.

This company did a great job of installing a retaining wall. This was investment property for me so I did not want to do anything elaborate. We went with railroad ties and they worked very hard,and did an excellent job. Steve Mann 803-738-3274
