Sanchez Painting

They were very professional, painted the exterior of our home and it looked great. They completed work in a timely manner. We then had them remove popcorn from our ceiling and paint the ceiling. The completed job looks great, BUT, they left our house a mess. There was dust EVERYWHERE!! I paid them while they were cleaning up because we had to go out of town. When we came home the house was covered in dust along with the front porch where they went in and out of the house. I contacted Mr. Sanchez and asked if they were coming back to clean, he replied with no, they already cleaned up the heavy dust. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. I had to hire a cleaning company to clean up after them which put us over budget. It's a shame because they did really good work but very unprofessional when it came to cleaning up after themselves.

WORKERS PREPPED WELL-SCRAPING OFF PEELING PAINT. FLOOR WAS WASHED AND TWO COATS APPLIED AFTER DRYING. THEY REPLACED PORCH FURNITURE AND CLEANED UP WELL.

Daniel showed up on time for the estimate. Incorporated all my requests. Estimate was highly competitive. Reached agreement on price. Started on time. Addressed any issues immediately. He and his crew did a GREAT job, cleaned everything up at the end. Would DEFINITELY use him again!

No one showed the day they scheduled to return. I would like to know why he did not tell us he could not do the job Saturday, March 19th, when he was here. My husband left work early. No more accommodating the company.

Mr. Sanchez and his crew did a marvelous job in my home. They painted ceilings, all trim, walls and kitchen cabinets. It looks like a new house! I can't begin to tell you how great it looks. The crew were friendly, helpful, professional and made sure that their work was exceptional. I would recommend them highly.

Sanchez Painting did a fantastic job on our 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home for a reasonable price. They were efficient, polite, respected our home and us, and finished painting the entire house minus two rooms that we didn’t hire them to paint in 3 days. They worked around our schedule, and they finished the downstairs by Day 2 before we got home, as requested. A couple of minor pieces of constructive feedback, though I want to emphasize that overall we are very pleased: 1. I wish we had both communicated better before the job began about how livable the house would be during the work. Because they draped all of the rooms on Day 1 and were in progress when they left, we lost the ability to cook that night, our internet got unplugged and couldn’t be plugged back in without disrupting the painter’s tape, and our bed was inaccessible. We muddled our way through Night 1, and they more than made up for it on Day 2 by finishing the downstairs and offering to uncover our bed (we told them to just leave it until the bedroom was finished and slept in the guest room instead at that point). I completely understand why they drape everything at the beginning, but I wish both of us had stated our expectations as far as me needing my kitchen, and them needing to work of course. 2. The only other thing was that I think some of our outlet covers were installed on different outlets than they came from, causing them to be ill-fitting. We had them fix it to the best of their abilities, but I wish they had maybe kept track of where each cover went to the best of their abilities. Some of the covers don’t look very good anymore, and the only reason I’m not going to try to have it fixed is because we need to baby proof and change them anyway. All in all, a great job by Sanchez Painting, and we would definitely hire them and recommend them to our friends and family.

Sanchez paint was fantastic. Daniel responded quickly to my inquiry and sent a guy over within a day to provide an estimate. They also scheduled and completed the work quickly. It was all done to the highest quality and the painters were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Prices are also very fair. I would definitely hire again and recommend.

Mr Sanchez and his guys did a great job!! They were on time each day and were very courteous and friendly. The pricing was very competitive and I would definitely use them again.

They worked hard at all times - there is a large overhang which needed to be painted make the square footage quite large for the house overall - never saw them sitting around except for a short lunch break and were very polite. I would use them again.

After a shaky start with a language barrier between me and the painters, everything was explained as to what we had agreed to. The roof was pressure washed, the next morning it was swept and primer was applied. Then after lunch, paint was applied. Roof really looks good.

The whole experience was great: Quality was superb, Owner maintained contact throughout the project informing us as weather and schedules changed. Follow up was speedy

Sanchez Painting never showed. Called and no answer. He never called me back to explain his non action

Coordinating for the project was very smooth. We had a number of changes due to the weather and our schedules, every request for change was easily coordinated. The price quoted was very reasonable. Once the project started the team was very timely, professional knowing what was required .... Based on other contractors we have dealt with in the Columbia area for paining over 10 tens years we will solely go with Sanchez Paint from here on out, which we have some interior rooms to be painted. Give this company a try and I'm sure you will be pleased

Did work much faster than I was quoted for much less than I was quoted at other places. Work was done very clean!

My house Loks awful. They supposedly replaced the rotten wood and prepped the whole house, and painted My house is peeling all over, I have wood that is still split. My shutters look way worse thsn before they got here. They will not answer texts at all.
