I just moved in and the new place was disgusting. Irene was amazing and was able to fit me in very last minute. Premium Cleaning Service employees were very punctual and got my place spotless! I highly recommend Premium Cleaning Services! Will keep them on for maintenance cleaning.

My cleaner was very thorough. She was pleasant and friendly. My former housekeeper was very fast and this lady is slower but her work was very good. It is an additional cost but reliable.

Spouse & I are borderline neat-freaks, but we have 2 small kids & full-time jobs...which means we're either tidying/cleaning or stressing about tidying/cleaning. We needed help & Premium Cleaning Services delivered. Irene (owner) is personable & dedicated to creating ongoing partnerships. She's big on communication & is happy to tailor services to your needs (IE: we're picky about our kitchen floor & that's always an area she has the team focus on). I did get some less expensive quotes, but PCS' authentic dedication to customer service & satisfaction is why we chose them. Our assigned team did a *great* job!

They were very professional, and on time.

Irene took almost a full hour on a Saturday to walk through my home and understand what I was expecting. I was recently fired by my previous housekeeper of a year after being curt in an email and though I apologized, it might have been the best mistake I've made recently. A two-person crew showed up on time to do an initial deep clean and they spent nearly 4 hours working. They quote by the job, not by the hour which is a nice change from my previous service provider and I no longer have to worry about what my invoice is going to request (even with security cameras to monitor the ins and outs). I only hope my ongoing regular, monthly service will leave me feeling as delighted and satisfied. Communication is frequent and good, very responsive.

My home hasn’t been this clean since I moved in. Premium Services employees were polite, thorough and exceptionally capable. These women dusted, vacuumed, cleaned around baseboards and even cleaned the room my litter box is in. That room is the one place in the house I would never expect or ask for anyone to clean, yet they cleaned it anyway, I will never use another cleaning service like this again. Premium Cleaning Services are the only cleaning service I’ll ever go to again!

they were late for the estimate appt, the cleaning ladies were late for the cleaning appt and the quality of the work was horrid.
