Description of Work: The company was supposed to have cleaners at my home at 1pm for 4 hours of cleaning. I waited until 1:45 and tried to call. Voicemail was full and couldn't accept messages. I needed to leave at 2 and had planned to return at 4:30 to be there when they finished. I left at 2:15. At 3pm I had a text and voicemail saying they were at my house. At 4:15 or so I called them to tell them to forget it. She said they could come then, but I had plans for the evening and did not want them at the house after 5pm. She was apologetic but said she had written "after 1pm" in her calendar. NO, we said at 1pm or I would not have planned my day the way I did.

Description of Work: My house definitely needed deep cleaning. I was pleased with their cleaning of my kitchen cabinets but was disappointed to open the doors and see the traces of their cleaners running down the doors. They dusted but missed some obvious problems. Overall they did a good job and I would give them an A-.

Description of Work: I bought a voucher on Living social and got their service for half price the normal rates. They were spectacular. The owner and her mother came. They were nice, friendly, worked long and hard. i would recommend them to anyone. I have used about 6 different cleaning services in the area and this team was great.
