I called them at 8 a.m. in the morning and was surprised when someone actually answered the phone. I explained my predicament (no running water) and was told they would pass on the message. I waited an hour and called back to find that my message hadn't been passed on. This is the ONLY negative thing I have to say. Rebecca, Mike and Mandy were so quick with responses and updates, and made sure I understood what was going on. I did have to wait overnight for them to find the part, but they kept me advised and were super quick with finishing the job once they had the part. They also kept the price more than reasonable, for which I am extremely grateful! My daughter's wedding is in 10 days and most of my money is going for that, so I was impressed with their final charge! Thank you so much, Mike, for coming out so quickly, for answering my questions and taking care of this issue so professionally!

"I understand that no one wants to pay more for weekend service, me included! This is why we look at the job and give a price before we start. We have to pay the on call plumber overtime and an answering service so that customers can talk to someone instead of hoping that there voice message is returned. Most service companies that have been in business for many years have an established pricing system. Because of competition, when a job is complete most plumbing companies are within 10% to 15% of each other. I respect the fact that you took time to write a review. I wasn't here so I wasn't sure how long things took but they went under and replaced it. So far I haven't' had any problems with it. I would want to check around for more estimates next time just to make sure I got a reasonable price.

The parts were only $15 at home depot. The technician was here for only 30minutes and the bill was $197.50 with a "senior discount". Without the discount it would have been $225. I think it was an exorbitant cost. The serviceman who came was very nice but it was just really expensive. When I called them initially they said the service call was $38.

This was for my business. I drive 30 miles to work, and have 3 that work for me. We are closed on Mondays making this a perfect day to have the water off and tubs moving around.. This is a grooming shop for dogs. no water no business.. My crew and I decided we would make a cleaning day of it. We ordered tub and called Aero when it arrived 6/5/2014. We scheduled the appointment for installation for 6/16/2014 a Monday. We were 15 minutes away from shop and scheduled time and they called to cancel, I was livid, I already had my crew on the way that I was going to have to pay for the day. He said he could maybe at least install the tub. When he arrived 1 hour late. He announced that he had cleared his schedule so that he could complete that job. Great! I thought his schedule was clear from the 6/5/ 14 appt we made ( aw well) ... 2 hrs after he arrived, he left for lunch and supplies. returning in 2 hrs and 15 mins. leaving again at 4:30 pm to get supplies that he did not get while out, returning at 5:00 pm just time for his helper to leave for the day. I was there until 7:30 pm,
now the work he did was good and tub is working well...

"I apologize for the Monday morning phone call. We had two people that did not show up for work. When you told me that it had to be done that day and could not reschedule, I made it happen. The tub did not come with a faucet. I tried to find a faucet that was in stock. The only one I could find was over $320.00. I left a second time to the office to find a shower valve that would work. After that I went to the supply house and got a hand held shower. We were able to get everything working for half the cost of the one I found. I only charged for the material. I didn't charge for any of my time. In business, sometimes things do not go as planned. In our case being shorthanded that day, and from the job, the faucet not coming with the tub. I truly feel that professional companies should do the right thing to make everything work. As you stated, there were no surprises, the work was done to your satisfaction, and we finished the job on the scheduled day. I just do not understand why we received a D rating."

This was on a Sunday. He was to come back Monday and complete the job. When I learned the price would be $250 to return and complete the job I cancelled.

The bath tub hot water had a heavy flow. Contacted Aero Plumbing they set up a time for service and was prompt for
the service call. The serviceman was professional and the problem corrected - needed a new washer. The amount of
the service call was $145.00 (this was a flat rate according to serviceman), he did a discount because I mentioned a
ad which gives a $25.00 discount. The total price I paid was $120.00 which was for less than 15 minutes of work and
a washer! The late rate service call is to expensive. In the future if I can locate another service provider in this field I would
not use this company again. This is unfortunate, because the person that answered my phone call and the serviceman
was exteremely nice.

Our bathtub was faucet was leaking into the wall, causing water to leak downstairs into our garage ceiling. We called Aero Plumbing because they were recommended by a friend. This happened on a Saturday and the service technician Hank came out within several hours. He immediately found the faucet had to be replaced and the handle also had to be replaced. He told us if they had the part in stock they would be back on Monday but if it had to be ordered it would probably be on Tuesday or Wednesday. By Friday I still did not hear anything from them so I called to follow up. I was told the part had still not come in. The part did not come in until the next Wednesday and they called to let us know it would be Friday or Monday before they would be back out (this was Thanksgiving week). They called first thing Monday morning and Hank arrived within the time they said to expect him. He was very professional and polite and got the work done quickly. He even noticed the drain was clogged and fixed it for us and fixed the faucet in our other bathroom. It was inconvenient to not have a bathtub for 2 weeks, but I don't believe they were able to control the delay of the part being delivered to them. However, it would have been nice to receive a follow up call to let us know there was a delay. That being said, I would still use them again as they were very responsive to our calls and were very professional. Hank was very polite and professional, worked quickly and did not leave a mess. I would recommend them to a friend.

Overall, I was disappointed in the service provided by Aero Plumbing Company and the information that I was provided. I had the extra expense of hiring an electritian to complete the job. I was told that the price of this water heater was higher than I might expect because the water heater is under warranty for 6 years. Later, I discovered that I would still be expected to pay for the LABOR during those 6 years. My experience has always been that the labor is the most expensive part.
My advice to anyone who uses this service is to get all information up front to avoid surprises later.

The technician arrived on time. he removed the old water heater and left to secure supplies needed to install the new water heater. Once he returned (one hour) he installed the new water heater and left.

.I had a problem in the master bath. I thought there was a leak with the toilet and he crawled under in the crawl staff and it turned out we didn't. He did a real thorough job. The only problem was he forgot to put the door back on the crawl space and we didn't discover it for a couple days and with our health we were unable to do it so thankfully we didn't get any animals under there. The work they did before was a problem and they had to come back twice to fix it.

They did quite an expensive repair for me but they did an excellent job. The service technician came right in, determined what the problem was, gave me a price and fixed it. He did a neat job and he cleaned up after himself; he even wore little booties on his feet. I was very happy, and I already have recommended him to family members and friends. I called and scheduled for the next day and they were here, and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. I felt their pricing was very fair, because I checked with a couple of other people for the same work and they were way higher. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

They come, do the work and leave. We have been happy with them. They come when they say they will come and they fix it. If something is not right they will come back again. We haven't compared their prices. The quality is very good.

They were great. They were punctual and went right to where they suspected the problem was, they didn't waste a lot of time. They took a look at it and told me I probably needed to get an irrigation specialist in to look at it because they don't do that. While they were looking at my system they gave me some recommendations of what to do with my hot water heater and some other things. They didn't actually do any physical work. They told me that if I followed up on any of their recommendations for the hot water heater they would apply the charge of the service call to it. I will use them again when I make a decision on the hot water heater.

It went great. The plumber was on time, knew exactly what he was doing and was finished quickly. It seemed like a lot of money for the time on the job, but I had other quotes that were up to $400 for the same thing, so I considered the price to be fair.

I first called at 8:00 A.M. on a Friday morning and was told they would have someone out between 9:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M. the same day. They called around 10:15 am to let me know that someone was on their way. The they showed up at 10:40 am and assessed the problem. They provided me with an estimate before doing any work. Once approved, they fixed the pipe and replaced the spigot in one and a half hours. They did an excellent job, but, and his could just be me, I thought $330 for 1.5 hours of work (1 person) and about $6 in parts was a bit on the high side.
