LOUSY! Sewer pipe leak in crawl space, Puroclean was recommended by the plumber I was going to use to fix a water leak. Called made an appointment said they charged $195.00 but it would be refunded when the work was done. I agreed thinking I would get my money back on the repairs. Made. The appointment for between 2 and 4 on Monday, took off from work get a call about 2:45 said they wouldn't be able to make it. OK, things happen. Rescheduled for Tuesday they were here as promised, spent 15 minutes looking around took pictures. Gave them $200. 85. Never called, called them Friday and they said that they were unable to do the work but that $200 is ours sucker.

As in any emergency, the immediacy of action plus personal support are essential. I called my insurance agency which gave me the names and phone numbers of two water damage restoration companies. I talked with each on the telephone and after meeting with the owner of PuroClean and discussing my options and receiving an estimate I felt comfortable to proceed with that company. All members of the crew were pleasant, helpful, and informative and honestly seemed concern with solving my predicament to my satisfaction. In addition, the detailed explanation of the process and the owner's assurance that he could deal with the problem made me feel that I was in good hands. Turns out I was.
