The serviceman showed up much quicker than I anticipated. He showed his i.d.; he was driving a vehicle with Pop-A-Lock logo, and he quickly unlocked our interior, keyed door. Top Notch!

Arrived in a very reasonable amount of time and since they couldn't install the type of lock that I had purchased they re-keyed my deadbolt to match the other locks. Very professional and knowledgeable serviceman.

I tried for 6 hours to do it myself and pop a lock came 2 hours before the scheduled time and was in and out in 30 minutes. The cost wast reasonable and I will use them when I change out the door in the future project.

The person who came to work on my locks was very professional and worked really hard to solve the problem of a thief breaking into my house through the door leading from the garage.. He ended up having to install a new door knob as well as the deadbolt I requested. He cleaned up after himself and was very reasonably priced. I would hire this company again.

Quality of work was very good. However , the person was Forty five minutes late. This was a lockout problem and Was an emergency, so a five star rating was not given.
