I bought 2 Groupons for Maids on a mission. I tried to schedule them on several occasions but was told that because of a large response to their Groupon offer this company was not able to fulfill their obligation before the Groupons expired at the end of the year. Owner Billy Carson agreed that he would honor them if I went ahead and scheduled the housecleaning appointments right away. I scheduled one appointment in Jan. and another in Feb. On the day of the first appointment I got a call asking me to reschedule because they were short of cleaners. On the re-scheduled day one cleaner instead of two so the appointment lasted two hours. This made me later for work than i wanted to be. The second appointment was to be three weeks ago. No one showed up. No one responded to the TWO voice message I left that day and no one has responded to the TWO emails that I sent. I was surprised to see that Maids on a Mission placed another Groupon offer just a couple of weeks after standing me up. They obviously were not able to handle the volume generated by the first offer.
