They used a different plumber, but he came in and he tried to tell me I needed some sort of repair to the plumbing before he would install the toilet. He kept telling me I had to have this work done before I would install the toilet. It was to the point on extortion to me since I did not need the work. I went back and told them I was unhappy and that I wanted a refund on the installation price which they did. I kept the toilet and then went back to Lowes and got the plumber I used the first time. That guy installed it without any of the costly repairs this guy said I needed. For this circumstance I just ran into an installer that did not want to do the job. The price of the toilet was competitive. They were just inventing a situation that did not need to happen, I just knew I didn't need it. They came when they said they would come and according set to the schedule when I purchased the toilet.
