staff was good but management was bad, in 5 hrs they were there they only cleaned half the house

Our cleaner showed up on time, and did an amazing job on a deep cleaning after renters left the house a mess. She was fast, thorough and friendly. We deeply appreciate the work she did that we could not have done ourselves. It took less time than we imagined and the price was great! Thanks!

Employees were friendly and worked diligently. Customer service was great and setting up the appointment was easy. Price was very reasonable for the services provided.

I was called at last minute and told they would be 1 1/2 hours late. Scheduled for deep cleaning. She was gone in 3 hours. Fans not touched, dirty rag was used on mirrors and glass, and dusting was not done well at all. House was vacuumed and sheets were changed . Definitely not worth $160.00.

They came promptly and did a great job on the bathrooms and windows. The bathrooms were really dirty as my tenants had left and not cleaned for a long time. I had new carpet, paint and blinds so these items did not need cleaning just the vacuuming. I would recommend the service and the ladies, Rachel and her sister, that came out. The ladies were super nice and worked hard. There were a couple of areas that had not been done as I had other contractors working so Rachel mentioned she would come back if needed but I did not follow up. That was nice of her to offer to do that.

The owner was quick to respond and schedule service. The cleaner who serviced our house was on-time, polite, funny and most importantly did a great job! I would use this service again and I'm considering scheduling bi-monthly services.

Great job on the deep clean of my new house. Very responsive which I like since its one less thing I need to keep following up on.

The young lady that came to clean was very nice and that was her first day! I had asked for heavy cleaning...baseboards, shutters, blinds, kitchen and bath. These were to have been washed. Cleaned! This young lady was supposed to have a partner working with her who did not make it here. She did work very hard... just not up to the standard that the business implies. Just too many things that just got looked over and certainly never saw a dust cloth.

The best cleaning service I have had in my 20 years in the USA. I am thrilled!!!!
