Hard to find good cleaners. First cleaning was great, which is typical with cleaners. I hope to get the same great job going forward.

Would not use this service again. Seems as though the cleaning crew were more concerned with time than quality. Lots of areas were missed and they spent a considerable amount of time checking their phones for the time they ?clocked in? and the time they would leave. It?s clear that they are paid by time spent cleaning and not the quality of their cleaning. As soon as their time was up one of the cleaners just stopped and sat down. Definitely would not use them again.

Another company left us “high and dry” on the day of the move-out cleaning of our former rental. Cleaning With a Cause gave us same-day service and their work was excellent. Their cost was a bit higher but it was absolutely worth the money

The main floor of my home has hardwood floors that were cleaned with a Swiffer machine which is ordinary used for a quick clean up and not to actually clean and sanitize 1500 sq. ft. of living area which includes the kitchen where I cook and the entrance from our two car garage. My cooktop was not touched evidence of grease spots on the grates and a popcorn kernel from last nights snack still on stove; our porcelain kitchen sink was not cleaned, the countertop of my bar area was not cleaned. At most the crew did a quick touch up to the downstairs of my home when they realized 4 hours was up. It took them four hours and I did not have them clean one of the bedrooms or our office. Once workers were done the young woman announced she was mopping her way out of the front door. Once the floors were dry I took a closer look and discovered the complaints noted. Actions speak for themselves; I will not be a returning customer. Jeremy also charged more than the price I was quoted. I was to upset to bring to his attention; the promise of the first hour discount he quoted. Actions speak for themselves; I will not be a returning customer.

Our cleaner did a wonderful job cleaning our apartment. Truly above and beyond. Jeremy, the owner (I think), was extremely personable and helpful. I won’t go anywhere else.

They were able to accommodate my schedule and come to my house on short notice, Michelle the person who came to do the cleaning was punctual friendly and very thorough.
