I have been using the company for about 10 years. They have been very consistent in their service. Their technicians are reliable and dependable. They respond to special requests in a timely manner.

The start was a bit rough as I wasn't contacted in the timeframe initially provided which All Good Pest Solutions chalked up to an error in them getting notified of my purchase. They were very apologetic about the non-response and immediately set a time to have the service done. The person performing the service fell sick on the date set, but was scheduled for the following week. He showed up at the scheduled time, performed the service as well as providing feed back on other things I can do to help pest prevention going forward. At no fault of their own, I probably ordered it a bit early as it is a new purchase house which was covered with plastic on the interior as being prepped for paint, so they only sprayed exterior. I am sure with their great customer service they would possibly be willing to come back out to spray interior once we move in. Overall everything was as expected.

Before calling them in I was working with a bigger name in pest control. I had a squirrel/rat issue in my attic. I had the local but larger company come over for a quote on fixing the issue and was stunned when they asked for 5,000 dollars to fix the problem. The gentleman who came over to give me a price quote on the issue immediately identified the area where the squirrels were coming in and told me he would personally plug in the hole if I bought a years worth of pest control. I had three companies prior to Allgood come out and not one of them spotted the hole that this person did without even entering the attic. The problem is now under control. I would highly recommend using their service, or at least giving them a call to get a second opinion on a job. I am very glad I did.
