I needed exterminating and all I got was more bugs in my house. They offered a 30 day guarantee but when I called they said that that meant, I'd have to pay another 50-70 USD for them to come out! I have not seen one dead bug since they sprayed but instead, I've seen so many spiders just roaming free in my house and garage. When I told them, they said "they are coming from their hiding" to which I replied "then why are they not dropping dead?" I feel like they were unresponsive and not cooperative. I would never ever hire them again.

They are great. They come in and check everything, and help me sign the paper- to verify that it is termite free. They have always been very courteous and dressed in their inform- no complaints.

Stud replacement, drywall replacement, and painting. The reconstruction was completed with such quality and professionalism that when the repair was completed, it was nearly exactly as the wall had been before the damage. .

My builder had them out to treat the building when they were building it, so I continued to use them. They are clean, neat and on time. They give a good service.

They are always prompt and polite and let me know what they see. They make their appointment and stick to it. It is for the same time every year. They send me a bill, and I send the money in to them and they call me and set up the appointment. They don't even come into the house they just go under the house and do the inspection and then they come to the door and tell me what they see or didn't see. Then I sign a little form that says that they were there and did the inspection and that was it. I don't use them for pest control in the house just for the termite inspection. I will continue to use this service in the future for my termite protection.

We use them every month and we've been using them for few years. We also use them for mosquito treatment which is a separate price. We don't see anything in our house that we don't want to see in our house. They do a good job.

They exaggerated on the examination, and said there was no new damage. However, they said their was old damage and the wood needed to be replaced.

"Member, I am sorry that you are not satisfied with our service but I believe that you left out some very important details. We originally inspected the structure in July 2011 for a CL-100 ("termite letter") and notified you of the termite damage as required by the SC Pesticide Control Act. At that time, you hired us to perform a termite treatment and repair the damage. In October, we reinspected the structure and issued the CL-100 and a seperate statement concerning the damage repair as requested by you or your loan agent. I feel that my staff did everything possible to make your closing go as smooth as possible. I am a little surprised to have a complaint from you in December for damage that you were notified of in July and we repaired in August. I am not clear as to what you are complaining about. Also, I assume that you DO NOT wish to continue your termite warranty. I am available to speak or meet with you at your convenience. Thanks, David H. Day, Jr.,President"

After a telephone conversation I set up an appointment for an inspector to come to my house. He was punctual, polite and thorough. Another appointment was set up for the technician to come and treat the house. This employee was also punctual, very pleasant. Both employees were able to offer advise and were very sympathetic with my problem. I would not hesitate to call them again. Truly professional people in this organization.

They were very professional. They came in and did the one service and then came back within two weeks to do the second service. I haven't had any problems since then. The approximate cost breaks down for the two visits; the first time they came out it was $85 and on the second visit it was just $42.50. I would use them again if I ever had any other pest control needs.
